My husband and I hired Mint Bartending for our wedding last year. The bartenders were absolutely amazing and were incredibly friendly with all of our guests. We had an open bar for about 100 people and ended up having wayyyy to many drinks left over which is probably my only complaint since Mint works together with you to develop a grocery list. I will say it is hard for Mint to know exactly the amount your guests drink, since they don't know your guests like you do. Could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding bar. I hired this company, and at first was nervous about most of their reviews being from the Palm Desert area, my wedding was in Newport Beach. This distance was big, but Amit was very cool with me and assured me it was no problem, and they had done it before. Other companies were just as thorough in their questions and requirements for an accurate bid, however Mint Bartending beat out the competition by customer service, quick responses and their very engaging contact with you. Believe it or not I had a competitor of theirs call me almost 2 months after my initial contact saying they were sorry for the delayed response. You will not have this type of nonsense with Mint, Amit always got back to me the same day, and often within in hour or two. Amit is very easy to talk with via phone, text, email etc. He makes the process very simple. We got the bartending service with 2 servers and one person helping these two behind the bar. We supplied the alcohol. We had a pretty big wedding with around 200 people attending. Come wedding day, they showed up early and were set up before the rest of the arrangements were there. This was very helpful, and most companies will not show up early or stay late. this customer care is huge to me and unmatched by others.This is a good time to mention that a day or two before I decided to have them stay late for an extra hour, the price for this service was absolutely unbeatable. All it took was a quick text for them to change the service time. I think they were there even later than what we paid for, they really made sure we were finished before they started packing up. Great day-of service. Mint Bartending served all of our 200 or so guests without a hitch. I never saw a line build up, or people waiting around to get drinks. They are very quick, and kind to everyone. They maintain a very professional appearance and demeanor. They always remembered names of myself and my wedding party, parents, etc. I was very impressed by this. Their signature drinks are also amazing. I have had many guests compliment their signature spicy margarita in particular. They have their own recipe for this, including a certain lemonade and agave nectar which makes all the difference. Normal margarita mix is no good. They knocked it out of the park with this. The only alcohol we almost ran out of was tequila because of how great this drink was (I didn't think many would be drinking the amount of tequila we purchased). it was a total hit. I would absolutely recommend this company for bartending services across all of Southern California. I most definitely will be using them again for my next festivity. I have already recommended them to my company for our next work event as well. I am very pleased with their services and am so glad I went with them over other companies. 5 Star service.
