The cleaning technician Steven was awesome he patched 3 holes in the liner and no more draining for a few weeks. We received new technician when Steven left the company and he the first Friday he cleaned it, it started draining again. We filled it up a couple of times then decided let it drain to see where it stopped. We noticed a patch that they used to on one of the holes was lifted and and I took a picture and sent it to the owner Gloria Hughes on Dec 6, 2019. I started to notice that I only saw the new cleaning guy one time in November, I work from home the days the came to clean and my shades were open. On this one occasion he informed Gloria my Polaris was broken and proceeded per her instructions to replace the bag which was $60 even though it was broken and provided us with a used piece to repair it. The technician did not know how to install the piece so left the piece and machine on the pool deck which I discovered when due to my dogs chewing up the cords. ( sounds like he is in the wrong career field if he doesn't know how to fix it). From mid November until mid December I did not see him come. I have cameras in my back yard and it picks everything up and never alerted me that he was back there. I called Gloria and told her not to send him for the Dec 13th cleaning I wanted to speaking to her about some concerns I had, once I explained to her the lack of attendance she basically called my a liar and said she has never had complaints of him, she could see Steven doing it but not him (even thought he was a new employee). She said she would come look at the pool. No response from Dec 14ish- Dec 20 when I woke up to a text discontinuing our service and said we need to pay $400 to have divers come out to find the cause of the leak. On top of that sent a final bill for over $200 when it's only $150 a month and there was almost 2 months of no service. DO NOT UAE THIS COMPANY!! The give hard working contractors a bad rap!

He cleaned it up to sparkling blue within a week. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. I certainly would highly recommend him to anyone for cleaning a green pool. I have engaged his for biweekly cleaning. I thought his price for the cleaning was a bit high, but considering I could get no one else to clean I was grateful.

Would like to preface with I have used this company for quite some time without issue. Today after…read morethe pool cleaners left I went to check on the pool since last week my add salt light remained on even after being "serviced". The pool was not properly cleaned with lots of sand left on the bottom of the pool. I called the owner to report this and the owner said if you don't like it then find another company. I pay 190/month and the owner said you should buy a vacuum, I asked why when I pay for pool cleaning service to which he said vacuuming isn't always included. I asked for a breakdown of what is included and he said there is a checklist but that it wouldn't do me any good. I told him not to charge me and to cancel my service and his reply was there is no contract and that he was on the road driving around without information on my service. The website states monthly cleaning starting at 99/month. I pay almost twice that and my pool is still dirty. What a shame their service has turned into this. Rude and unprofessional...beware!

Bo came out and showed me the operation of the pump and solar heating system and recommended a Hayward pump, which he sent me a link to so I could get the best price. He just installed it and it is so quiet and the job he did was top notch. I highly recommend this company. They are responsive to calls and show up on time. They are also very polite and super knowledgeable on pools.
