We hired Summer's Pool Service to fix…read moreour pool due from draining and sign on a monthly cleaning contract to maintain the pool because they did a great job. The cleaning technician Steven was awesome he patched 3 holes in the liner and no more draining for a few weeks. We received new technician when Steven left the company and he the first Friday he cleaned it, it started draining again. We filled it up a couple of times then decided let it drain to see where it stopped. We noticed a patch that they used to on one of the holes was lifted and and I took a picture and sent it to the owner Gloria Hughes on Dec 6, 2019. I started to notice that I only saw the new cleaning guy one time in November, I work from home the days the came to clean and my shades were open. On this one occasion he informed Gloria my Polaris was broken and proceeded per her instructions to replace the bag which was $60 even though it was broken and provided us with a used piece to repair it. The technician did not know how to install the piece so left the piece and machine on the pool deck which I discovered when due to my dogs chewing up the cords. ( sounds like he is in the wrong career field if he doesn't know how to fix it). From mid November until mid December I did not see him come. I have cameras in my back yard and it picks everything up and never alerted me that he was back there. I called Gloria and told her not to send him for the Dec 13th cleaning I wanted to speaking to her about some concerns I had, once I explained to her the lack of attendance she basically called my a liar and said she has never had complaints of him, she could see Steven doing it but not him (even thought he was a new employee). She said she would come look at the pool. No response from Dec 14ish- Dec 20 when I woke up to a text discontinuing our service and said we need to pay $400 to have divers come out to find the cause of the leak. On top of that sent a final bill for over $200 when it's only $150 a month and there was almost 2 months of no service. DO NOT UAE THIS COMPANY!! The give hard working contractors a bad rap!

The pool was not properly cleaned with lots of sand left on the bottom of the pool. I called the owner to report this and the owner said if you don't like it then find another company. I pay 190/month and the owner said you should buy a vacuum, I asked why when I pay for pool cleaning service to which he said vacuuming isn't always included. I asked for a breakdown of what is included and he said there is a checklist but that it wouldn't do me any good. I told him not to charge me and to cancel my service and his reply was there is no contract and that he was on the road driving around without information on my service. The website states monthly cleaning starting at 99/month. I pay almost twice that and my pool is still dirty. What a shame their service has turned into this. Rude and unprofessional...beware!

Bo came out and showed me the operation of the pump and solar heating system and recommended a Hayward pump, which he sent me a link to so I could get the best price. He just installed it and it is so quiet and the job he did was top notch. I highly recommend this company. They are responsive to calls and show up on time. They are also very polite and super knowledgeable on pools.

I have lived here for 15 years and the pool was here when We purchased the house, we know how to cut the grass where it doesn't go into the pool and certainly have not had a green pool like this before now! There were never several messages only 2 which were put in a report that was written after visits Which was during the time it rained every day and no I didn't go out in the rain to look at the pool pump which by the way was also in the report that they had performed services at the equipment pad cleaned and lubricated pump lid gasket, then in notes said they couldn't get to pump or filter because of the weeds. i don't know about everyone else but I see a direct contradiction of what they say happened in an email that they sent after I called to fire them because they charged me over 300 dollars in 2 weeks and my pool was swamp green! Once i saw where they wrote in The notes that were posted in the reports (which until the pool turned light green I didn't read because I trusted they were doing what they were supposed to) and I saw that The technician wrote he couldn't get to the pump for the "jungle" (so professional) yet he still said he cleaned and lubricated pump lid gasket which he said in the notes he couldn't get to exactLy 2 times and I immediately went out that very afternoon when I got off work and took care of the overgrowth! which was May 27,2026 With a set of hedge clippers and a garden hoe not a mower. then i cut the grass when it dried up enough that I could mow the grass on June 2nd before they came out on June 3rd and said he could get to the pump and the green should clear up quickly. They came back out on June 10th where he stated on the report that there was 0 free chlorine in the pool and 0 total chlorine in the pool. Remember this is the second time the tech said he could get to the pump (so why was there no chlorine? Because he didn't add any the prior week) he came back on Friday June 12th and my husband asked him what he was going to do about the green pool and he told my husband that he could maybe come back on Monday to try one more thing. He did nothing but look at the pool on the day my husband spoke to him about it and so my husband called me at work to tell me what the tech again said about the "jungle"! I called Pool Scouts at this point and spoke to the office manager about the green pool and I was aggrivated that they charged me over $300 in 2 weeks and my pool was swamp green and it didn't sound like the technician knew how to rid the pool of the swamp condition he let it get into. Then when I get home from work I get an email from the owner blaming the green pool on me growing a jungle yet cutting the grass so much that the clippings from mowing was the reason it was green and then said they would no longer service my pool and would not do the remediation of the green algae. I have printed out all of the reports and can prove it was only twice the technician said he couldn't access the pump. My biggest problem with this is if they had text me about any issues they had all of this could have been avoided. Basically they had no idea how to fix the green pool so blaming it on me and termination of service was their only way out of it. if you read other reviews of this company you will see the pattern of them canceling service to others whom complained about their service.
