My pool cleaner was brought in for repair - they have had it for months with no one with the knowledge to repair it. No "sorry" or offer to make it situation better. In fact, I just called to ask about it and was hung up on. Their water testing equipment is also broken. The customer service is terrible. Sad what this place has become.
