THE OWNER IS A JOKE.....I am completely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I have been a paying monthly member, scheduling my sessions in advance on set days. However, on multiple occasions, my appointments were rescheduled by the staff -- changes that were initiated on your end, not mine. Instead of being accommodated for the inconvenience caused by your team's scheduling changes, I was made to feel as though the burden fell back on me as the client. When I asked to speak with the owner, Lily, on two separate occasions, I was told she was "too busy" -- in one instance, sitting and doodling in a notebook -- to address my concerns directly. This is not the standard of customer service I expect from any business, let alone one where I have invested in a monthly membership. A responsible business owner should take accountability, ensure customers are respected, and work to resolve issues caused by their own staff. Unfortunately, that is not what I experienced here. read more

My first time going there because I had a Groupon and I was convinced by the technician to buy more botox units than the usual 20 that I have been getting for years and even with the additional 5 units I have almost no results, meanwhile 20 units has worked for me ever since I started botox years ago. I subsequently read many reviews that their botox is diluted and watered down and I wish I would have done my research. Definitely won't be going back. Total scam and I will 100% be spreading the word. How is it possible to buy more units than I ever have before and see significantly less effectiveness is beyond me. UNPROFESSIONAL BOTCH WORK. Bought a Groupon for 1 syringe of filler and called 3 times to confirm they can use it in my chin. When I arrived they swindled me into buying a second syringe claiming that a different type of filler was needed for the chin. After charging me over $800 PLUS the $250 I paid for the Groupon, it's now a month later and I have several hard lumps in my lips and tiny white spots that won't go away. They had the nerve to brag that they were giving me a discount and that I was receiving high grade filler. While I knew I was overpaying, I at least thought I would have good results. read more

I have to say I've been coming to this place for years. Although many people might think it's a spa it's more than just a beauty lounge. They deal with most things medical. I've done trizepatide for weight loss and I'm already down 12lbs after a few weeks. All the staffs are wonderful. I do my iv therapy there and it's amazing. I also did lip fillers with Joanna and she is a magician. My lip fillers look amazing. No bruising just absolute perfection! They're very clean, friendly, and respectful. Love this place. The facility is clean and their employees are so delightful. They have so many different injections available depending on what you need. I got a lipotropic shot but I will definitely be returning to get the shot that boosts immunity especially with cases of covid rising in the area. They are following all COVID protocols and I felt completely safe while in their facility, plus I was the only customer there at the time. Definitely come check them out. I had a great experience with the technician at Liquivida. She was friendly, knowledgeable of patterns, and administered my Botox with care. That said, the Botox did not work on one side of my face, and the areas that did work, worked minimally and lasted only ONE month instead of the 3-5 months that are usually advertised for Botox. And I purchased over 30 units. Prior to my treatment, I saw in a review on another site that someone purchased a Groupon for this company, and she had less than stellar results. She believed they either diluted the product or swapped it with a generic version, so I did not purchase the Groupon. Even so, my treatment resulted with the same disappointment. I would have loved to return based solely on the technician, but unfortunately, if the treatment I pay for does not work, it's not worth it. read more

I will never be coming back here EVER again. They were aware my mother has cancer and they put a woman WITHOUT a mask who also had the sniffles right next to my mother. INCHES APART. Obviously not following the CDC guidelines. I was LIVID. I pulled the owner aside and asked her what her policy on masks were because the lady has been without a mask and no one has told her anything. She then was making excuses that the patient comes every week and that she's fine. Not once did she apologize but instead called me sensitive about COVID. To me she seemed money hungry. I understand that businesses have taken a hit because of Covid but at least respect the protocol and not cram people in one room. read more
