Like normal, the person who helped me was super patient and helpful with the suggestions I was given. My wife has received the same help when she goes looking for different types of wine to try. He said he had to have the serial number. Many stores can pull up proof of a gift card's use. When I called first, he said that if I had taken a picture of it ,with the serial number, that he would not have honored it . Yet , then I went in, thinking he would recognize me and be helpful . He said he had to have the serial number. There was nothing that he would do to honor the $30. I even asked him to check with the owner. He wouldn't do that. Unfortunately, I have never felt that they have been good with understanding customer service. I think one should greet your customers, and offer to take the wine out. The lady, who's mostly in the beer side has always been wonderful, and I've told her, how I have felt. I will not be going back.

He kinda argues with me about the receipt not still not being mine and then he finally says "Now, are you really gonna haggle over six cents?!?!" My thought: Did he just question me about MY money?? Example: 500 per day customers x .06= $30, $30x 7days a wk= $210 $210 x52 wks per yr= $10,920 My bank rep told me it only takes 1 cent to put you into a $30 overdraft charge. The fact is, i can loose six cents only a daily basis but for the guy to shun me off like it was no big deal to take money out of my account was not going to fly. Especially when I wasnt rude or ugly in any way and just looking for a reason at the time .. Heck, ANY REASON other than, GET OVER IT! We found everything easily and the owners were patient with us as we hemmed and hawed over which items to purchase.
