I went back to check if these pills were correct, they said they switched brands but prescription is same, didn't even look at the pills. Three days after taking the new brand my heartbeat was racing and would not settle back down. Went back to the pharmacy and explained what was happening, the woman at the counter said in no uncertain terms that is what we have and we don't take pills back. No offer whatsoever to try to help the customer with any options.

Without going into a lot of details I found the employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. They made an otherwise difficult situation much less stressful.
