I decided to try the online ordering for the first time to hopefully make my life a bit easier. Mission accomplished! Order online was super easy and I decided to pick it up myself. I had called and the manager advised me this would be best as sometimes delivery orders this large do not get picked up by the third party for delivery. They had my order ready for me a day earlier and it was all set to go when I arrived. Two of their lovely staff members helped me to my car. Made this task so much easier for me! Thank you :)

He kept bending it to the point where he full on snapped my ID! All in front of the manager (Jake)! He never scanned once or checked out any of the ID's security features. When confronted over why they just broke a real ID they simply said "you can tape it back together and it should work fine" with absolutely no apology. Really upsetting treatment. On the other hand, a younger man working in the liquor section brought me around the store to show me multiple options and gave his opinion on what I might like. He was extremely helpful. My experience would have been 10/10 if I had never had to interact with the older man in the wine section.

I did end up buying a rare Japanese blended whiskey for a great price; and was housed in their "unicorn items" glass case, which made me feel extra special buying it. While there I got to meet the owner and her staff which where both very accommodating and kind. They even let me try a sample of the expensive whiskey I was checking out to begin with. I was very impressed by that. Most mom and pop liquor stores won't do that, and because they did that, they've earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm big into supporting local businesses and while I won't be able to always afford shopping there, when I can, I'll go! Another bonus for this place is they carry certain whiskeys and bourbons that the big name liquor stores don't carry. All in all a great 1st visit! Will definitely be back!
