Most collectors know you don't always drink your Scotch in the first 30 days of purchasing it. He bought Talisker Storm and opened it about a month after buying it. The cork hadn't been seated properly and the Talisker was "off". We took it back to the store but the manager there immediately refuted the request for a new bottle because we had already tossed the receipt and could have bought it anywhere AND the distributor would not take it back. Well we've been customers at your store for YEARS. We have never returned anything. We spent a lot if money with you. So much, in fact, that your owner gave us an automatic 10% discount. Most distributors stand by their product but you never even asked the distributor. We aren't thieves or crooks but you sure made us feel that way. Guess what? We don't shop at your store any more. We will drive miles out of our way to purchase our liquor anywhere but here.
