HRL did try to contact me prior but somehow, I missed the call. The store staff was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. They did delivery immediately after we spoke of a substitute. The delivery guy was friendly & professional. Asked for ID as he should delivering liquor. Prices were reasonable & good service I'm sure we'll use them again for either pick-up or delivery or delivery.

I also found some of the employees were not very knowledgeable about the products. When I asked questions, they often had to look things up on Google or call out to another coworker for help, which made the experience feel less professional. The one real positive was the manager, Suresh. He was very polite, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I think the store could improve by offering more competitive pricing and better product training for staff.

Saturday afternoon I stopped in to purchase some beer, when I got to register the owner preceeded to ring up transaction. After I paid I asked for a bag to carry the merchandise. To my surprise he then informed me it was five cents. I pushed back because there is no bag tax in Baltimore city as of yet. He stated that was his fee. WOW. Ok. I will take refund please.
