Among the many liquor stores that we frequent, this is the convenient one since it is next to the large Korean market Hannam, with other restaurants in the strip mall, and the Cafe Trois also. Just like any other liquor store, it has a huge variety ... of course ~ and they have great promotion so try to visit often !!!!!! Great location..plenty of parking and other stores nearby...right off of rt 46 at the plaza west shopping center. Staff is very helpful...lines tend to move quick...pretty decent wine/liquor selection. Good prices... They also sell lottery here....personally I think they need to keep up to date with the craft beer selection, for a big store like this there should be more choices beer wise. They could also use an update with the equipment hey use to ring up the items... But in general...not a bad choice for a liquor store read more

Very very friendly, as you walk in a great greetings and all is well stocked and have many many choices. Lotto, mixes etc. One stop shop when you are ready for a relaxing weekend or evening. It's conveniently located within the same complex as Hannam so we do our grocery shopping there and stop by this place for our drinks. We haven't had a bad experience here. People who work here are nice and attentive. They even give us freebies/promotional gifts from time to time. Within just the past couple of months, we got Korean shot glasses, rice wine cups, calendar and more. Wide selection of asian liquors and spirits. Prices are pretty competitive by local standards, no big surprises. read more

I was surprised how cheap there stuff was, i wish they were in my city, here! Plenty of parking, obviously bring your ID. The guy did his job, and checked mine. I went on my birthday and he said it so me haha. Also gave us matches for cigarettes which was nice, because i never even mentioned.. we didnt have a lighter. There black plastic bags are super thick, and work well. Cold drinks. Nice size, and selection of products..& nice staff. It was a quick line. read more

Most people run into liquor stores and know exactly what they want and leave. Unfortunately I had to bother the manager to dispute 2 charges I saw on my credit card statement. Before I made a call to the credit company , I thought it would be much easier to ask the manager for the receipt I signed. To my surprise it wasn't. The manager made me feel like it was such a ridiculous request from a month ago and it was too much effort to look through all receipts just to please me. Not to mention , what manager hangs up on the customer when the conversation was not finished. With all the fraudulent activities today with stolen credit cards, I would think he would have been more than helpful. Got my answers from the helpful representative at visa. Never never again would I ever step into this liquor store. Worst manager ever !!! read more

What is up with the cashiers attitude? Been going to this place for over a 10 yrs (since WK) and I don't think I had any issues. I go in, buy, pay and out. I'm buying 4 glass bottled liquor and a beer. Little heavy so if you put it in one bag, at least double it. This white/hispanic cashier single bags my purchase and when I asked for a bag, she throws it in my face. This happened two times with the same cashier. WTF... Have been a regular customer for the past two years. The best priced liquor store I can find in both NYC and NJ. I only come to buy Scottish whisky. Their prices even beat the tax free state liquor stores like NH. Just bought a whole case of Johnnie Walker select casks and felt a bit guilty when the new owner told me the sales price I got is actually the wholesale price he got from the distributors. Checked online and true, it sells anywhere double the store sales price. Definitely my store of choice for whisky. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a mess in many many aspects (selection, knowledge, system, customer service, lack of ethics and responsibility) and would highly recommend avoiding this place. I truly love wine and buy over 500 bottles a year, organize many wine events and I get so disappointed when I find stores like this. I live near by this store so even though my friends and I had many bad experience we still dropped by occasionally but the recent one was a highlight and I am not going to return again. First this store has lousy selection and the employees have no knowledge about wine. I bought around 8 bottles 2 months ago including 4 of the same bottle. Unfortunately one of the same 4 bottles was slightly premoxed (prematurely oxidized wine). The 2nd and 3rd bottle which I had over the next 1 month was undrinkably premoxed. My friends and I bought wines that were corked, premoxed or badly stored several times from this shop and noticed it was more frequently than average stores but I was a bit lazy so never returned them. But this time 3 of the same bottles being bad was too much (actually 5 of the 8 bottles were bad) and I went back to return them. I met with the manager/co-owner and his first response was that it had been too long so they can't do anything about it. I hadn't even told him when I exactly bought them yet and just said 'sometime ago' so it startled me. When I complained 'am I suppose to drink immediately all the wines I bought' they paused and said they need to taste the wine. After tasting the wine and they told me nothing was wrong with the wine. It was hilarious because they didn't even know what premoxed meant and the bottle they tasted had been opened for over a month so even if it was a perfect wine it would be completely bad by now. So either his taste is really messed up or he was deliberately lying. After a long quarrel and educating him about wine he finally said they can just do an exchange but not a refund. I gave up and said yes. But when he tried to exchange it, their system could not recognize the bottle for some internal error. They said they can't exchange it until they fix the issue and asked me to come back again anytime. I was going nuts but said I will. I went back a week later and that manager/co-owner was not there so I had to explain everything again to a manager and not surprising this new guy refused to exchange. I told that I already had this talk with the co-owner and then he calls him to check and then tells me I have to come back again as he doesn't have the authority to exchange it. BTW, this was only a $23 bottle wine and by far the cheapest bottle among the 8 bottles I had bought. Yet how these guys behave is a joke. This money was really not a big deal for me but people like these should go out of business. FYI, I bought a corked wine from Total Wine in Riveredge and they were so kind and told me I could get a refund but I just asked for an exchange. read more

Most ridiculous place i ever went to. Cashier(tall/big girl with thick makeup) and manager doesnt know anything. They make 0 sense

They just robbed me $10 while I'm paying for a can of beer. I gave a $20 bill for $2.99, but the cashier gave me back only $7. The cashier said he thought he received a $10 bill, instead. Well, he did not remember how much he received from me. He asked one of his coworker to check the video from the surveillance camera. Then, the coworker confirmed and said I gave the cashier a $10 bill, after he watched the video. He also suggested me to watch the video. So, I watched it. But, the video can NOT tell if it was a $20 or $10, because the film cannot precisely be zoomed in for the money I paid for. It was very irresponsible and untrained behavior from both of the cashier and his coworker in this store. So, be aware if you pay in cash! I would NOT recommend anyone buying anything from the store in cash. read more
