I am always greeted upon entering, with a smile. the guys are willing to help me find what I need, offer suggestions and are a prime example of top notch customer service that is lacking these days from so many shops and businesses. Always a pleasure to shop in here whether it's for something for a gorgeous Sunday afternoon or something more upmarket for a dinner party. Well done guys.

They are of course a little expensive, being a small company and not a huge conglomerate, but sometimes it's nice to pick up a few things from a supermarket and not be bombarded with fluorescent lighting and excessive marketing. What they have above the large chain stores is a great selection of cheeses and meats in their deli section. The family that owns and runs the store are ever friendly and it's nice to recognise a friendly face on the way into the shop. Great to pick up a few items and the deli has a large selection.

It's impossible to get them to smile or do anything nice for a customer. Even became postcode snob and won't ship if they don't know where we live... Its located right next to Coles so after you've done your shopping you can walk right in without the need to drive to the nearest Dan Murphys which is unfortunately a 5 min drive up the road with no shopping centre next door to it. I often drop in here to grab a bottle of wine and although they have a limited range they do still stock a lot of good stuff and you can always find something nice. On average I end up paying about $5 a bottle more when I buy here but if you only want one or two things its the price you pay for convenience. They also regularly have specials where if you spend $30 or more you can grab something else (usually a 6 pack of beer or a bottle of wine) for an extra $10. Quite often the saving you make doing that cancels out the $5 extra you paid for the wine and you come out with a good deal!

It's great for stationary, kitchen, storage container, gift wrapping and other miscellaneous items. I tend to buy some folders for uni here and all my little containers for when i pack my own lunch :P I did not even know there was a store in Parramatta Westfields until i walked past. It's located opposite the McDonald's on Level 3. Of course you judge for yourself the quality of some of the products and if they don't feel like they are not worth the price then no need to purchase them. Overall feel of the store is it seems to be more brighter than the store in Chatswood. Probably due to lighting...yep that's it.

Some stuff is really good value at this price - such as their lunch/storage boxes etc. However, some stuff - such as kitchen utensils, tongs, spatulas etc - you can get at K-Mart for $2.00. Quality seems to be about the same too. Neck travel cushions are great value at $2.80 - about $10+ everywhere else. Mops, buckets, batteries, hardware stuff, pet supplies, masses of food storage boxes, pens, notepads... you name it, it's here. Some of the stuff seems a little dubious in the quality stakes, but a lot of it is great. Just more stuff to clutter up your apartment/house/work desk. You need discipline to come in here - you can't think "it's only $2.80" because then you'll get to the checkout like I did and find 14 things in your basket! 3 of which I've actually used! Oh well... my fault completely! I like this shop, but I'll me more careful when I come in here next time! On level 3 of the Westfield Mall in Parramatta.
