I do wish they used smaller ice cubes so the drink would last just a tiny bit longer. I also tried their chocolate croissant. Good, but would've been better warmed up! I don't remember if they offered that. My friend had the matcha and she loved it. They recently got a new matcha and she was worried because she loved the other one but was pleasantly surprised how smooth and delicious this one was as well. I definitely need to go back and try their matcha as well as other menu items because everything sounds so good. 1 star taken off because it is very hard to navigate with a stroller which is a bummer because I know tons of moms that love to venture out and find new coffee shops. The venue manager, Amanda was completely dismissive and stated we arrived earlier than most parties despite getting there right on time. Proceeded to tell me it wasn't her fault the AC was off and refused to accept responsibility for the issue. She hid in a back room so we could not access her. 2 hours later it was still 80+ degrees as the AC was not functioning, Amanda had not checked on us and she only brought a fan because I found her explicitly asked. Came in and stated "Oh it's actually hot in here". Maintenance finally came hours later stuck a giant ladder next to one of our stylists with hot tools and didnt even tell us what he was doing. He was unable to fix the AC so they stuck a window unit in but the place never cooled down. We were not provided an alternative getting ready area and were told not to get ready in the reception hall. Amanda and other venue staff made snide remarks to us all night. Additionally, this place has very poor mosquito control and we were all getting bit all night.

Just picture decorators, catering, dj, cake, etc... all waiting for the elevator to go on at precisely 3:30pm and we have to be at the church by 4:15pm for a 5pm wedding ceremony. Who planned this? Magnolia Halle was beautiful inside and out. With in-house catering, setup and linens included in the price, it was perfect for our big day! Also, it is located in an area with lots of hotels nearby, which was extremely helpful for our out of town family and friends. We had about 150 guests at our wedding, and everyone fit comfortably in the Halle. Our guests said that they thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the short ribs. Additionally, Kryssi, the venue coordinator was PHENOMENAL. We booked Magnolia Halle for our wedding venue over a year in advance, and Kryssi was very responsive to our messages and questions throughout the entirety of that time. We were able to visit multiple times before our wedding to envision how our decor would look, and we really appreciate all of the help and attentiveness that Kryssi provided. She is very kind and wonderful, which made our experience of planning our wedding at Magnolia Halle seamless and fun! About a week before our wedding in March 2025, they installed a new projector and A/V system that we were able to utilize and it was a game changer. I recently came for early voting the first week during the last hour before polls closed. For this election you can bet this was a huge voter turnout in records. When we entered inside, the line was all the way to the back! The wait time was about 20 minutes and the line was moving very quick. The staff at the be at county elections department were very friendly. They had more machines this time to accommodate the voters. The atmosphere very very peaceful and friendly. There is plenty of parking and was not very crowded. I've never had a negative experience here. I plan to continue coming to the civic center to vote!
