When I was brought back to a room, the technicians had me down for the wrong service. We moved rooms. There was first a heavy sales pitch for a membership, which I said kindly, and clearly that I wasn't interested in. They kept pushing to work on my face, which again, I was not interested in. After my service ... They forgot to take measurements which would have indicted something worked. No towel to drape over me while they went around room to room. There were two people in the room, the whole time which was unnecessary. Then after my service, there was more work to try and sell me on a membership. It was very unprofessional, awkward, and I will definitely not be back. The tech doing the work was very nice, the establishment was large and clean. I would not go back.
