The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, the catfish was tender on the inside and fried to perfection on the outside and the shrimp were large and not over cooked. Cathy definitely has her seasoning game on lock. And last but not least we ordered the cajun pasta with chicken and shrimp, added mushrooms. I would opt out of the chicken next time because it was chicken chunks that seemed to be out of the can, so it had a fake texture. The pasta sauce was flavorful and delicious and the entree was plenty for two. The wait was not long for our food which is a plus, some items I feel are over priced.
