Bottom line they didn't submit the claims correctly and still have a threatening attitude towards us with collections. The insurance company will cover a mammography 100%, no reason for us to think we owed anything. This company made no effort to contact us, or very little before sending to a collection agency. We will never do business here again and do not recommend them. It appears the insurance company will pay after they re-submit the claim correctly. Oh, Lacey imaging has so many different names you have no idea who you are dealing with.

This is a combined review for several services. Once or twice you may let something slip by,…read morebut.... 2 times now the radiologist compared my a new scan to the wrong previous scan so of course the comparative results came back inaccurate. Additionally, on a more recent visit for an MRI with and without contrast. The radiologist missed my port when injecting the contrast and it went under my skin instead of in my vein. Always have a nurse access your port. Doctors don't do it often enough. My saga doesn't end there. I had to get an additional, successful MRI at a different facility and pay them my copay. Advance shore had the nerve to bill me for the botched procedure. This is now 9 months they're pestering me with unpaid invoices. I am actively working with my insurance company to reverse their payment as well. When all is said and done, I will bring legal support in to fight paying this charge and let everyone I know in the process.

Front desk staff was very kind except for an older woman named "Caren" who was skulking behind the registration area being very rude and disrespectful to the staff. Almost bullying. She should not be in a customer facing position or have authority over anyone. My 2nd concern was being called back for my test, told to change into a gown and then be seated in a waiting area full of women including a early 20 something girl who was just waiting for someone. This was very uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. The young ladies who did my test were very kind and professional. I will send a letter to this facility outlining my concerns. Hope I never have to go back there again.

I waited for over 2 hours to get my blood drawn. The staff was shorted so I understood. I had…read morethree orders for my blood work. 2 came back in 24 hours but the third and most important never came back. I called and left messages. I emailed. And finally after 6 days I received an email that my blood work was never evaluated and was presently in process. Nobody returned calls. And there is no way to speak to a human. I doubt I would ever go back there unless an emergency. The hours are 6:30 -2 but they locked the door at 11:30 and told people they were too crowded. So folks who had later appts were turned away. So unprofessional
