Numbers didn't work, fees were high and rates were also the highest of all three lenders I spoke to. I recommend shopping around for a competitive rate and a more dedicated team. We went with a different lender and are paying tens of thousands less in closing costs with a much lower rate. They also had us pre approved same day, Evergreen took over a week to even get me a quote.
