You fill out a form, they snap a photo($15), you pay $20 for the license and we were out of there in 20 mins. The store is so spacious, clean, and welcoming. They have a lot of travel books, travel essentials, suitcases and travel agents (you have to make a reservation in advance) to help. Overall, it was a friendly and welcoming experience if you're planning your vacation.

She ran a few quotes and was able to provide me with better full coverage (100k Bodily Injury/100k Property Damage/Uninsured 100k & Underinsured Motorist 100k, Personal Injury 10k, Car Rental $60/day, Comp deductible 100 and Collision deductible 500. Overall, this was less premium then my Cali coverage. I was truly happy. She did not rush me or pressure me. Stated that we can run the insurance again at 6 months upon renewal to see if there are other better offers. I highly recommended seeking Dana for all your auto and home and travel needs!!

First off this review is for my elderly parents, well just my mom now as my father passed away…read moreduring this process. This place took our families money for 35 years without a single home owner policy claim and then our home caught on fire. They would not cover enough to replace the home. We are having to come out of pocket for 20 percent of the new costs. What did we pay these guys for? That just does not make sense to me but what do I know. The next issue was that they said it was our responsibility to pay to have the old home demolished and removed. Again what did we pay these guys for, it was an additional 25-30k for this and how is that not covered? How does a Vietnam Vet living off of social security come up with this kind of money? It took a lot longer to get the old home removed due to all the COVID restrictions this last year. State Farm had put my parents up in an apartment during the process. That was appreciated. The apartment was however a dump. You know the kind of place that you and 4 of your friends rent when you first graduated. It pains me to think about my father dying on the bathroom floor of that dump. The real issue now is that the new home is almost ready, literally weeks away from being done. State Farm has kicked my mother out of the apartment, said the process took too long. Literally told her to hit the streets during Christmas time and that come January they had to leave. Where they go is not their problem. Can you believe this? It gets better, they have now told her because she had a claim her insurance is canceled but she can come back in two years. What a joke. Why would anyone ever go back to this kind of treatment? It has been one thing after another compounded by my fathers death (on the bathroom floor of a dirtbag apartment). The only positive here is that her new homeowners and auto policies are significantly cheaper. I can't say how I really feel on this platform but I am sure you can get the idea. Rob

I am not a customer of this company, but I had a concerning experience with a repossession agent…read morethey sent to my property. The agent came to my home looking for a vehicle that was not located there. I clearly informed him that this is private property, that I am not the borrower, and that the vehicle was not present. Despite that, he spoke over me, became increasingly aggressive, and stated he would return daily. He also refused to identify himself, his company, or who he represented when asked, which raised serious concerns. There was no reason to continue the interaction once it was made clear the borrower and vehicle were not at this address. The situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. If this reflects how repossession activity is handled, it raises concerns about the company's professionalism and training of its agents. I strongly encourage this company to ensure their agents: Clearly identify themselves Respect private property boundaries De-escalate situations rather than escalate them This experience was stressful and avoidable.

Over priced with poor service and low integrity…read more Rates increased approximately 50% in 4 years with no accidents or tickets. Discounts removed, "on accident," and not put back until I brought it up. They would not have corrected it if I hadn't brought it up. Zero integrity. Zero support unless they can add a service. I was hit in 2006 and 2022 and both times they wouldn't do anything to help without filing a claim and threatened raising rates as a result. They will over charge you, and when you need help they won't be there.
