I brought it to my local store and they tell me that alternations and shipping would take too long to do anything so "in sorry but there's nothing we can do" I asked if I could just purchase the jacket and go get alterations as my wedding day is ticking down.... These useless people look at me and tell me "no, we wouldn't sell you that jacket" Are you kidding me??? So I opted to have it altered on my own dollar and I will be keeping the jacket. My father in laws jacket came in undersized and they sent him a mega XXL jacket instead.... Can these folks do anything right? I also asked for some cuff links or button studs and they also tell me "we don't carry any of that here, we would need to ship it to you".... They don't carry ANY inventory other than model try on pieces at the store... they cannot sell you anything... they can barely rent anything. The store is legit a wholesaler that ships it to you that's it. Opt in for men's wearhouse or go get a suit or tux personally tailored. Apparently the policy of the store when speaking to the store owner is that the Tux must be returned to the store the following day of prom (Sunday) or returned to the high school on Monday. Our son returned the Tux on Monday in person at the store. He was charged $40 for this. When speaking with the store owner (Kathy) she said "I'm sorry that your son is not able to read" and was quite rude and not willing to work with us at all. How rude is it to insult someones child when receiving a customer complaint? Especially when the parents are asking them to be understanding since the Tux was still returned the same day the high school students returned their clothes to the school. It is crazy how important $40 is to a store and their willingness to loose a client instead of providing good customer service and be more understanding of high school age students not fully understanding what all the policies are. If I were you, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This is not a matter of $40 as much as it about poor customer service and the principles of the owner.

It may not seem like a big deal to some people... but it was a massive deal to the bride. I only found out I had the wrong shirt right before the rehearsal the day before the wedding. I went to the Men's Warehouse in Rochester MN and they didn't have my size in stock. It was 20 hours until wedding start time. Michael called multiple nearby stores and overnight shipped the shirt from another store 80 miles away (Roseville maybe?). It arrived at noon, only one hour to spare. He swapped out my original shirt AND ironed/pressed the new one. Didn't charge me a single dollar for anything. That single experience has earned my loyalty. Thank you.

I guess my questionable mountaineering skills must have made him nervous! Heimie's hero was just the Sherpa guide I needed for my mini-Everest expedition. I can't thank him enough for helping, especially since he wasn't even wearing any winter gear...just his fancy shmancy suit. Heimie's snowbank conqueror was so impeccably dressed that I'm sold on purchasing a bow tie here for my six-year-old nephew very soon. He will be going on his first official chaperoned ice cream date with a young lady determined to marry him in the future, and he specifically requested a bow tie for the event.
