He fixed the flat, remounted the tire, fixed some other little issues I had and I was back on the trail in less than an hour. All for a lot less money than I would have paid at the other place. It's a bit of a drive, but I'll be using them for all my biking needs from here on out.

Once you download the app and choose a plan, you're able to scan the bikes QR code at the dock and it's ready for use! If you receive governmental assistance you they have a yearly plan for $10. They have great customer service as well! I thought I docked my bike and realized after a few hours that it never officially docked. I received and invoice and quickly called customer service. They were able to troubleshoot the incident swiftly and ease. With that being said, when you're using a bike, make sure to give it a good forceful push when docking to ensure this doesn't happen to you. Oh, one last thing. They now have electric bikes that help climb the city's hills with ease!
