The communication was great throughout. Our guide was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and on top of the responsibilities of the tour. This is a great activity to push yourself, but not in a way that you will regret it the next day. A great time had by all! I did not know what that meant so I tried to call. All automated and hung up on me. By then it had been 30 Minutes. Heading to the airport you do not want to see No pick up. Ended up using Lyft who was awesome. I liked yellow cab in the past but ztrip was not for me. No customer service to talk to a person maybe the new thing but this was horrible.
