The owner was not personable at all. There were 3 ladies in the salon, including the owner, and they seemed more focused on doing each other's nails than the customers coming in. While working on my nails, the employee tells me the owner thought I wanted a solid color. I clarified that I wanted French white tips, and she responded that if the owner had known that, she probably wouldn't have taken me as a client. That honestly shocked me. Being turned away over wanting simple detail work is crazy, especially when it's not communicated directly to the customer. When it's a nail salon. I spent around $80 (not including tip) for a basic pedicure with gel polish, and it just was not worth it. The atmosphere wasn't welcoming, and the service did not match the price.
