Update: I went back in for another pedicure because it is super awesome and totally worth the money. I don't know what all they put in it but it does smell good and when they start doing the massaging it feels sooo good that it almost puts you to sleep. I did get gel polish last time so they had to use that dreaded electric tool to take the polish off so I got cut a few times so I might stick with regular polish next time. read more

It's my first time going to B Nails, not only did I wait over an hour on a pedicure I am extremely disappointed with the service. The female doing my pedicure felt really rushed and actually pinched my skin numerous times. She barely massaged my feet and painted my toes as if my 4yr old niece did it. She did not file my toes at all, every toe is a different size, and I have one with a weird "V" shape on it. Not to mention the fact that I paid $45 for a gel BASIC pedicure when I'm used to other nail salons only charging $30-$35 for a gel deluxe type pedicure. Once again, super disappointed. Safe to say I'm never going there again. I'll just stick to nail salons I trust even if they are closed on Sunday's. Don't waste your TIME or MONEY. read more

Two day later my nail polish has peeled off some of the design work is still wet underneath. I am really upset with this it cost me $80. My experience was so bad that I do not even want to go back to complain. I picked a color for a dip polish on my own lengthy natural nail. After two nails I questioned would it end up being an opaque nude as I thought the sheer looked dingy. His response was an eye roll and "if you want to change the color you better tell me now". Being I had a job interview today I picked another color. It was 45 for my natural nail to be over filled and bumpy. Not to mention the polish did not even cover my nails at the edges. I will never go back! I still tipped him as I am a hairdresser myself but, that experience did not make me feel more confident for my interview. I went to this salon because it was open on Sundays and offered SNS. The salon was very clean and neat with no wait. They also had a wide variety of colors available in SNS. The service was pretty quick- an SNS manicure probably took about 40 minutes. I was very disappointed in the durability of the polish. Where as when I normally get SNS the polish lasts 3-4 weeks without chipping, this polish only lasted one day before chipping. I returned to the salon and they fixed it for free but then two more nails chipped again the next day. I was able to wear the polish for 3 weeks with only limited chipping but was still very frustrated as each chip too some of my natural nails with it. The price was also higher than other salons I've been to: $40 for an SNS manicure versus $30 or $35 at other places. I definitely wouldn't go back. read more

This was my first time at this salon. They were all very nice and personable. I got in right away. I got momma, who was really good, and the Pedi Mani she gave me was most relaxing... The salon is Very Clean, "A" rated! Also I found them to be very honest. I lost my Yeti drink cup, which I'd left either there or at the bank. Very unusual for me. I was distracted I'm sure. I came here a day ago, the service was amazing and my nails look great. The man that did my nails really took his time and shaped them really well. I had let them grow out too much and he still worked with them. My advice to anyone getting your nails done anywhere is to bring photos. I am very picky with who does my nails because I had awesome and very horrendous experiences with multiple salons. Since I moved, I don't have a choice anymore. I tried all the other salons that Yelp recommended within the Graham/Burlington/Mebane area, but a lot of them were not answering their phones! I called in at 10:30 on a Saturday, so it wasn't that early. B-eautiful Nails deserves some recognition and they reached my expectations. The place is very clean and decorative, giving it a cozy atmosphere. It is not a "hole in the wall" or is crowded either. There are big TVs behind the salonists so you are able to watch it as your nails are being worked on (most salons I go to have a TV running at an angle that you can't see). The man who did my nails was very gentle, was good at smoothing/designing my nails and most importantly... listened to what I wanted. The workers don't really talk to their customers and all have an accent, but I came from DC, so I am very used to it. The prices are very reasonable. $15 acrylics fill. $25 Set $5+ for designs They also do silk and gel (powdered or liquid). They offer two different kind of pedicures, one is the "Spa Deluxe." I haven't tried them yet, but I will soon. They also offer waxing. I am very happy with this place. read more

Worst experience ever.. Not once have I left a nail salon feeling so insecure about my nails!!! I got a gel manicure. There was no manicure involved. If I knew it wasn't going to be a proper manicure I could have just asked for gel polish. The nail tech cut a big chunk of my skin while cutting my cuticles, she couldn't even stop the bleeding with the little green liquid nail salons use. Once she starting applying the base, blood smeared all over my nail( that can't be sanitary at all for the next client). Not once did she apologized. My 6 Year old could have done a better job painting my nails. Never stepping foot again in this place. Very bad quality of service. Don't waste your money here. read more

Went somewhere else and they botched my nails bad the day before my engagement. Came here to see if they could fix it and we basically had to start from scratch. He did an amazing job fixing the other places disaster. I knew I was most likely getting a ring that evening and I wanted my nails to look awesome and somewhat match the ring. I was almost in tears of happiness when I left. He literally saved the day. Sure enough, I was proposed to that evening and my nails helped finish the look of all the pictures and people asking to see the ring. Although I tried many nail salons along the way, B-NAILS their equipment,but mostly their technicians from the owner to the grandmother are all wonderful and most professional!! They are far better designers and creators and they do it with such talent .. then any other salons in this area and that's a promise!!! I had an awesome experience. Everyone is friendly and made me feel welcomed. They offered me something to drink (unlike other places). There was no long wait time, the lady who did my pedicure was thorough, had a firm hand, didn't knick, cut, scrape or draw blood. I'm extremely picky about who does my feet.
