What a great experience we had with LISCA Auto Transport. This was our 1st time transporting a vehicle from Chula Vista, CA to Jacksonville, NC to a family member, so we didn't know what to expect as far as actual timelines, any adjustments in pricing, any delays, etc. Everything was smooth and efficient. I called and booked transport a month in advance, and they requested a 4-day pickup window Two days before the window opened, I hadn't heard anything and called for information on a pickup date; they didn't know anything. I called again on the first day of the pickup window, and they still didn't know but urged me to call the next day. On the 2nd day of the pickup window I called again and was informed that they had no trucks available and were unable to provide the transport I had contracted.
