My Fantasy hydrangea arrived completely dehydrated and wilted due to an eight day UPS shipping experience from this company to the West Coast. The leaves were completely droopy and it was in very poor health. I have been nursing it back to health for a month now. All the canes are dead and new growth is finally emerging at the base after a lot of TLC. This company needs to switch to FedEx as their carrier and not use UPS, especially for longer transit. I never have this issue with Garden Crossings for my orders because they use FedEx 2-3 day. Everything arrives perfect from them.

What bloomed was approx. 40 percent black, 40 percent red and a smattering of white. It was the ugliest tulip mix that I have ever seen in my 45 year career. I reached out to them, explaining that I of course was refunding the retail cost of the labor and materials to my client, and asked what they would be doing to make things right with me.
