That's how you get repeat business, that's how you get good word-of-mouth, that's how you stay in business. However, this florist is atrocious. I had scheduled flowers to be delivered in Cheshire, Connecticut, three days before Valentine's Day. They were never delivered. There was no phone call. There was no email. There was nothing. I called the day after Valentine's Day because I was notified that they had never been delivered. I was met with a loud, aggressive woman who was just nasty. I don't know what other word to use. It was almost as if everything was my fault, and I don't even know what I did. She said to send her an email with a confirmation, which, again, I don't know why she didn't have it, but I did. I then followed up with another email a few days later, but there was no response regarding the hundred dollars I spent. I don't care, I'm not chasing it down, lesson learned, and I don't understand how a person operates a business in this manner, and I don't know how a person like this stays in business.
