I can get that at any walk in or Supercuts, I mention that because the original owners of Supercuts were patients of mine and that isn't how they wanted treated. At Revamp I get the feeling every customer is focused on until they walk out the door. Some people love the disconnected service, but if I am going to pay $50-60 dollars for service then I want that service attention.
