I never get bored and the hour always goes by quickly. Austin and Reese are always welcoming, provide great support and guidance, and are just great guys. The small group training class that I'm familiar with is 99% weights and muscle group training with a two minute cardio finish. There are classes pretty much every hour minus Sunday. The atmosphere is them incredibly welcoming and non-intimidating and my weeks are better because of them.

We've been very happy with this gym location. Generally clean (all gyms seem to be dust…read moremagnets....but they keep this one pretty clean by comparison). Lockers have a Sauna that is included. 24-hour access is an extra cost, which is my only frustration as we only need to use this on rare occasions & some holidays when they don't have staff at the desk. In general, the hours are great & we almost never need the 24-access (but those very few times we do is not worth paying the extra for.....would be great if they gave each member a 5x/year 24-access limit for free). Lots (and lots) of equipment to aid in congestion. They do have a large yoga-barre room with mirrors (rubber floor) and a cross-fit/plyometrics area upstairs. Wonderful staff & trainers!!!
