I'm unsure if this is a published discount but I wasn't asking any questions! ONLY GRATITUDE! (It was my birthday too!) Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. Billy was no different, part of me wishes I could have asked how he got into Yoga since the way he lead was unique and he brought one or two different anecdotes that were very special and relative. The studio was clean, had Valentine's Day balloons everywhere and wonderful music that took us through the practice! I will 100% recommend to any friends or family in the area. Full hour and perfect set up for the perfect day.

For Covid, they check temperatures when you walk in and everyone has to wear a mask. They also have hand sanitizer at all of the workout stations. The space is always clean and fresh. If you're out of shape like I am, it can be intimidating just to set foot inside where most people are in shape and "look the part." However, I was made to feel comfortable right away. If you're new to Barre, I would recommend starting with a breaking down the barre class or a foundations class to get started. All classes can be modified, and instructors are happy to help you get the most out of your workout/answer any questions you may have. During class I sweat like heck and really feel the burn. Afterwards, I always feel awesome. The next day, I'm so pleasantly sore and want to go back again! I can already feel and see changes in my flexibility and muscle tone after just a few classes. It's not the cheapest workout around, but it's so worth the investment in yourself!

Don't risk it! 5) If you intend to give a tip, bring it with you (it may get wet) but there's a jar on the boat. Otherwise, you can tip them at the tent where you look at photos. 6) The ride will last about 15 minutes up in the air, but in our case, there was another group. So we were on the boat waiting while they were up in the air. 7) they will dunk you, no question! 8) Once you're back in shore, photos will be on iPads that they can give you the SD card or AirDrop them to you (for iPhone users).
