Today while working out in Brandon's 9:00 class, a new person came in late to get the free trial workout. Even though there was no class scheduled at 10:00, Brandon worked out with the prospective member at 10:00 solo. If this isn't customer service I don't know what is! I joined in mid February and have had overwhelmingly positive interactions with the coaches & members every single day since. Having moved here March 2020 and continuing to work from home the last two years, joining this community has been a blessing in ways I hadn't even expected but truly appreciate. One of the owners, Christine, was kind and welcoming from the first email interaction through when I actually stepped foot in the gym. She continues to be a supportive coach who meets me where I'm at and challenges me to keep progressing. Jamie is the other owner who is always willing to give me feedback on form and assist me while I become more confident in the various lifts - which is so helpful! Kelsey is the coach who trained me 1:1 in the very beginning (which was beneficial beyond measure!) and continues to provide encouragement and inspiration. The other coaches I've had the chance to interact with periodically are equally as lovely - the culture here simply cannot be beat. If you've ever considered Cross Fit but were intimidated or heard mixed messages - I invite you to join this gym for a class to see what it's all about. And while this isn't the closest location to me, I'm so glad I followed the hunch & made this gym my own. This place is a real hidden gem! Their format is a different from your brick and mortar Crossfit gym, but don't let it fool you! I figured it would be like most BOOTCAMP style workout facilities. Where you have circuit style workout on chalk boards, trainer pushing the group to push themselves, and using free weights throughout the workout.
