I was very comfortable and I enjoyed the time it took but def don't go on a day that you have something to do. She took a while to do my manicure and the nails still came out bulky and a little uneven. Took about 4 hours! My nails are short so I figured it would take a shorter time. I'm not a nail tech by far so I'm not sure if that's how it works but just try to get an early appointment if you want to try her. I thought I'd be back but between the time it took, the quality of the work, the durability and prices, I will not be back. Update: The same day that Karen replied to this nice, but honest, review... my pinky nail broke off. I work on a computer so the nails were kept the same any other set I've had was. Yes, I do bite my nails but this has never been an issue for any other nail techs. The stickers were complimentary but they were not even flat and THAT is likely the reason they peeled.
