Within a minute or two the loader comes over, scoops your mulch, dumps it into your truck, and the driver waves to you. Off you go. No muss, no fuss. Price wise, they aren't sneaky. They advertise on Craigslist and they are always competitive. Some years they are a buck or two above average, other years a buck or two below but it doesn't matter because, as I said, you get your money's worth here. They will also deliver for a fee if that's what you need.

She ensured it would be delivered within a week.. I paid $60 for delivery. The tile was delivered to them first, then a salesperson delivers it to customers in her personal car! She didn't even call to let me know tile was there and didn't deliver it till 4 days later after receiving them there !!! When I asked about the pebbles, she said there was a delay in delivery and it would arrive 8 days later! We asked for an explanation, there was none. We asked to have a tracking number, and we found out through fedex that they received the order 3 days later and that it was shipped as standard despite the delay. When questioned kitchen and bath pro, the answer was I, the customer, never requested an expedited delivery and that on time delivery was never a guarantee!!! How can they say that! I have a contractor working on a bathroom, and mentioned that I would need the items to be delivered on time for work to be started. Who's going to pay my contractor for the delay/loss! This is insane. It was my first and last encounter with them. I had delt with other tile stores, and they're always on top of telling me when items were delivered to them, or to me, and always as promised...never this experience! Never again! Stay away!

He took my order and the delivery was made as promised The driver even lined up the pallets in my driveway so the they would be out of the way of my cars. When the job was over. I discovered that I had over ordered and made arrangements with Chris to return some material. used pool connections last year to fix a leak, they fixed a main leak but the tub was still losing…read morea small amount of water per week. Follow up inspection they told me I needed a new pump. they replaced the pump and I still had a very slow leak which I just decided to live with. This year I had another leak and a FLO reading error on the topside display (squirrel living in hot tub chewed through a line.) They fixed the line and some other electrical stuff charged me $300 and left. Next day tub was down 6-inches and flow reading was back. They came back out fixed a second leak and charged me $50. The next day the FLO error was back, they told me I need to replace the pump they put in 13-months ago. I am moving on to a new hot tub tech.
