In my case I was on crutches so I had challenges and almost injured myself. Exercises can all be done at home so I am not sure what I am paying for. Sometimes a PTA is assigned and sometimes you will see a PT. The PTA was not as helpful as the PT. I will provide direct feedback to their management with the hope that nobody is injured in the future. I am hoping to find a different option for my money.

The second time was this past June when she was recovering from a gallbladder episode and that too went well. She had another gallbladder episode in Sept which necessitated the removal of her gallbladder and this time her time at the Redies Center was definitely sub par. We found out after we checked her out this week that they had been giving her an anti-depressant to "stimulate her appetite" which her regular dr then informed us has the unwelcome side effect of making a older person very sleepy. So no wonder once they started giving her that, she was unable to attend physical therapy which then created a scenario in which Medicare would not allow her to stay. She went from being fairly alert one week to being practically comatose when I came the next week. I truly thought she was dying when I saw her condition. Her friends who were visiting daily and keeping an eye on her told me that they were not showering her regularly and there were several episodes where they found her medication lying on the floor. I had asked the Redies to give me regular updates to let me know if there were any issues with her not participating in things and I never got one phone call. Then I find out they are discharging her for lack of progress. Well no wonder she wasn't progressing because she was basically being sedated. If I ever had to get rehab for her again, it would not be there.

On both cases, I've found them to be not only effective, but everyone there is attentive, good communicators, as well as just friendly and caring. It's the best medical place of any kind I've been to. Special props to Heather LaHaie, who is also the Director. She will ask some REALLY picky questions at times but she digs hard to figure out exactly what the issue is she the best way to treat it. But she's only a little cut above the rest. You won't go wrong there. Also, it's very nice looking inside. Everything looks clean and well cared for, and big front windows let in lots of natural light.

I was impressed by the focus and skill of the physical therapist who treated me - Jessica Wyen. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to help me recover, taking time to understand the pain and difficulties I was having, and then using manual therapy and exercises to alleviate the problem. They had to take on a whole clinic worth of clients when they were not capable. As a result, my child's therapy services suffered and he regressed. One day, my child was ill so I called in the morning to cancel his afternoon appointment. The new director of this location decided to enact a policy that they have never enforced of charging $25 to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. My payments for a service visit are $20, how does this make sense?! Ivy Rehab has also cancelled on ME at least 3 times as I was driving in, yet I never was compensated and I certainly didn't charge them! As a result of this and the service we cancelled our services at Ivy, and have been thriving at UM speech. We now are on Ivy's "caller list" where they call you and harass you to pay. This business has an F on BBB, please consider giving your money, time, and trust of your child's development to a place that will at least pretend to care. Ivy doesn't even do that.

Ended up walking out with a used Sony Rx10 iii in excellent condition and associated accessories (bag, extra battery, SD card, card reader, lens protector) and technicalllly under the budget I had stated... :) So far so good! A couple days after this purchase, I ended up going back to upgrade the bag to a slightly larger one that could hold some additional items. Now technicallllly slightly over budget lol but I'm happy about my items so far and the customer service/help!
