The guy is short, blunt, and cannot properly explain how the salad is "made to order" but can't be customized. Either a meal is customizable or not but at least make sure your menu is accurate. Speaking of menu inaccuracies, the prices on their menu are also wildly outdated. We paid significantly more than was estimated from their menu prices. The Greek Shop, Pick a struggle, either have an outdated menu or bad customer service but you can't have both. I never stepped a foot inside the store, but after this encounter, I never will.
