Who would have fun that to get a car wash these days would be as expensive as it is. The positives for crew car wash is always the friendly excited and helpful staff. Their other equipment hardly works. It didn't work five years ago and it doesn't work now. If you put quarters in, they are generally lost. Two out of three car wash bays MIGHT work. The mat hangers don't hold mats when you wash them. The vacuum by the entrance is terrible. A guy that was washing his car next to me said that the self-service car wash bay hasn't worked next to the manager's office for quite some time (Guess what bay I was in) and the owner continues to let people put quarters in it. (There isn't even a way to get your quarters back if you start to put them in because there is no coin return.) There is a sign on the door that says that you can request a refund if you fill out a coupon with your information and the equipment doesn't work. A lady was standing there getting quarters and said not to bother because she has never seen coupons on that door and she never got a refund. Like an idiot, I tried to put money in the vending machine for window wipes. Guess what else didn't work? My wipes were stuck in the 1970's vending machine. I suppose if you go to the drive-through car wash and get the unlimited car washes it's a good deal. Other than that, not so much.

This place was previously my favorite, so I overlooked the bad quality over the last 3 years thinking it would eventually get back to where it was, but it has not happened.
