I would like to give Izzy's a great review, however, as a first time customer I was a little disappointed with the end results. I was quoted a price for detailing my car, and after I dropped it off, Izzy called and said it would be more money due to the age of the car. I can understand that to a degree, however after a closer look at my car, it was a descent job at best. She did say if I had any issues to let her know, but again, I think the job should have been impeccable to begin with, and really not need my scrutiny. IDK, theres a number of detail shops in the area, you have to stay competative. read more

Had my Ford Edge detailed today and I could not be happier with the results. I've never had this done on any car, but my wife talked me into it. The interior looks better now than it did when I bought it five years ago, spectacular. The price was very reasonable and the car , I can't stress enough how nice and clean it looks , smells and feels inside. I had the exterior done also and it was really professional looking with wash and wax. I wish I knew who actually worked on my car because I would request him or her every time. read more

BeWare ! Fraudulent ! I got a quote over the phone with the owner. She asked me the model and year of my car. So obviously if you've been in this business for over a decade, you would know that my car is an SUV with a 3rd row seat. After bringing my car the staff went out to look at my car and quoted me $140 for interior detailing. I agreed to $140. I gave a deposit of $30 and the staff told me I would need to bring $110 cash when I pick up the car. I then got a call from the owner stating that my car is ready for pickup and I need to pay additional $150. She was unprofessional and belligerent over the phone . I was very upset that they gave different quotes . We called the police and filed a report. Don't go to this place for any of their scrupulous business practices. Save yourself headaches. Their work was not even that great for the amount of money they charge. I went to Indiana thinking it would be a lot cheaper than in Illinois. read more

I do not think it is right to charge your customer an extra charge because your shop is closed. I paid an overnight fee because I was not pickup the vehicle on the day it was ready. You are correct in that. HOWEVER. You were not open on Sunday to get my vehicle, yet you charged ME and extra $30 that it was there another night. I came to pick it up. YOU were closed. Therefore, I should not be charged if YOU do not allow me to pick it up. If I chose to leave it an extra night, then yes. I should pay extra. But I did not CHOOSE to leave it there an extra night. I HAD to leave it an extra night because YOU were not there. read more

My car was a complete mess from years of abuse of a toddler. I finally decided to just google a shop near me and Izzy's came up so I called the day of last minute and they did have an opening so I dropped my car off, not knowing what stains they could get out or how clean they can get my cloth seats. I picked up my car a few hoUrs later and I was very impressed at the work that was done, even my now 5 year old was like wOw mommy this looks like a new car lol. I was very pleased with their work at Izzy's and would definitely recommend their services. I found this establishment online. I called to setup an appointment over the phone. I spoke to a women named Izzy and she told me to go online and make the appointment for $30 and if you not able to make an appointment, to give a call back. I made the appointment and gave a call back and I was told of extra work has to be done it would be an extra $40. When I arrived for my appointment I was told by Izzy it would be an extra $60-70. I told them I no longer needed their services. They hadn't started on my car yet. I asked how would I get my money back, she told me no refunds. I then told her it was not listed anyway on your website nor did you say over the phone that it wasnt any refunds. She told she didn't care what it didn't say online or what was said over the phone and that she was not going to give me my money back! I told her over that I didnt receive the service so I should be entitled to my money! it's posted no where but in the actual establishment and no online where it should be! The police was called because of a refusal of giving money back ! The police went and talked to Izzy and her staff and a refund was given. This officer stated that they would have to give me my money back if it was not listed on the website or you failed to explain this over the phone! This has happened to another customer! read more

Izzy's detailed the interior of my 5-yr old car that had lived though the messiest years of my young son's life. There were carpet stains, ancient fries under the seats and random odors that peaked on hot summer days. When my wife and I picked up our car we were shocked! It looked like a brand new car and smelled great! The carpets were stain-free and everything inside and out shined. The price was excellent too. This place isn't pretty, just a big garage but it's a hidden gem. I'll be back with my other cars! read more
