After almost 20 years of using their service, this summer they decided to punish us for being eco friendly. They were going to charge us 1.80 per gallon to fill our tank because we only use one tank a year. Found they are charging different prices depending on your usage. All other propane dealers are charging 1.25-1.35 for summer fill. They are total ripoff, So after being customers of amerigas for 18 years, We decided to switched. There was 150 gallons left in the tank when they took it. After charging a service fee, restocking fee and dispatch charge, we got a check for $45.00. Though a decent man, I soon realized we were being overcharged on many aspects of the projects. Many of the subs were charging us additional fees for travel because of our location. A neighbor with a similar issue was referred to Excel Plumping. We also contacted Jeff and were amazed that his bid was less than half what the contractors sub bid us. Jeff came and did the work in-between jobs and on his own time. I grew up working with my father who is a contractor specializing in plumbing and I can tell you Jeff dis an outstanding job. No extra fees for travel, nothing. I will be using him for future projects for sure. He is a good honest man and would be happy to refer him to anyone

Contacted Bob's Plumbing and within an hour Jordan was at our house doing a quick fix and then was back 3 days later to install a new water heater. The initial call was considered a holiday since eve of USA 250 birthday. Pricing was high that night, but explained prior to our committing to him coming out. The new water heater install was very thorough and pricing was very fair after doing a little research. Highly recommend Bob's Plumbing/Jordan for any plumbing needs.

We called about our septic tank pump control box that was clicking on and off. The guy that was…read moresent out to our house was not knowledgeable about it and told us to call an electrician. We called an electrician and he said it was a float but he does not replace them. We called TLC septic and they were here for less than a hour and fixed the problem with a new float. We feel we were given the run around and did not need the Electrician or plumber to come out at all. We were charged $175 for a service call for nothing.
