New Menu! Closed Mondays:( But hands down, BEST local breakfast spot in the area! Great biscuits, chicken, home fries and crispy bacon, not to mention the staff is just wonderful. Bring your jacket. It stays busy and with good reason: both inside and at the drive thru! Everything is good! Our kids love the monster biscuits. We like the biscuits and gravy, chicken and home fries. Go get some!

If you are looking for fantastic home cooking for breakfast then look no further!! The people at the Little Biscuit Barn have been serving it up for decades!! Today I had biscuit and gravy with home fries and it ended too fast..... or is that how quick I devoured it! Pro tip: get your biscuit toasted!

Great breakfast spot! Super nice staff, welcoming, food is awesome & best biscuits I have ever had. Small & homey. Support this local family gem. We will be back.

Stop what you are doing and drive to the Little Biscuit Barn. I'm sure locals know this spot well but if you aren't from around here and you want the best sausage you've ever had, on a very fine biscuit, this is the spot. Warm, friendly people run this little roadside place and the food is good home cooking. If you get within fifty miles of Honea Path, make a detour and get some sweet, a biscuit, and grits.

Seeing lots of people sitting out under the pavilion (even in 90 degree weather) helped me realize the food must be good! The front porch was accommodating to the ones who were waiting to be seated. The hostess on the front porch asked how many were in our party, and then took us inside to seat us. Entering inside reminded me of my great grandparents home, quaintness and community all wrapped into one room filled with tables filled by family and friends enjoying a meal together. The menu was not overwhelming and it did not take long to get a visual of the items as they passed by to other surrounding tables. The servers were friendly and offered all kinds of good advice for the guests. The food was amazing-good wholesome stuff. You would think your grandma was in the kitchen cooking because it is fresh and includes good deep flavors. The stuffed french toast was 2 slices of butter enriched Texas toast with a large serving of strawberries and cream cheese filling squished in the middle. The palmetto burger had just as pimento cheese as it did burger. With layers of crisp lettuce and a slice of tomato, get your mouth ready! The Orleans po-boy was huge- lots of shrimp goodness on a sub roll...another large serving....so come hungry. To finish it off we shared the pecan pie paired with their buttermilk lemon ice cream (yes you read that right).....delicious!!!!! We will be back and remember the cash next time . Another trip today and another great meal, today we did breakfast and boy was it amazing-Will's smothered sausage and potatoes was a deep bowl of goodness, the monte cristo was delicious but after eating a ham ball and a Apple fritter allowed me to only eat half of the sandwich so I have leftovers for later. You can never go wrong with the basics- one person in our group had it with bacon and the other with fried bologna. The waitress are terrific- everyone had such a great disposition. this place love these people

There are four rooms with tables, a small area put back and a couple bistro tables out front. We went in a Saturday and the menu is a bit different from the weekday. Fries are not available and no chicken. Chicken may be available on other Saturdays, just not this one. I had the Chipotle Turkey Wrap - thinly sliced deli turkey, chipotle ranch, lettuce, provolone cheese and bacon in flour tortilla. I had fruit as my side- white and red grapes with pineapple. I had a pina colada smoothie. Everything was Bert good. The smoothie did not have a syrupy sweet taste. It was my birthday, so my husband got me a strawberry cupcake.

I went in the Farmer's Market first. It looks like an old barn. There were lots and lots of homemade choices- "canned" soup bases, fruits, vegetables, salsas, jams, flavored oils to name a few. There were also fresh fruits, nuts, honey, vegetables, dairy products and cakes. There are four areas you can eat. The main "restaurant" is small with only a few tables. Evidently it's a favorite of older local gentlemen to gather for an early breakfast. There is also the "Pig Sty," "The Chicken Coop" and the farmer's market area. Some of these can be cold in the winter and warm in the summer so dress accordingly. The farmer's market area is heated by a wood stove. The staff here are so friendly. It felt like we were visiting family. The food was good ole country food. The hubby and I each ordered the breakfast plate. I had coffee with my choice of several flavored creamers. If you pay in cash you get a discount. If you are in the area you should check it out. You can order from the breakfast or lunch menu. Plan to stay a few extra minutes and look around and support local farmers. We brought home some boiled peanuts. Fun experience and good breakfast.
