Having that conversation in the room while she was doing my procedure really helped take my mind off of where I was and my fear of feeling pain. He and his team have helped me with everything from general maintenance to root canals to implants. More recently, they solved a severe wear problem caused by poor work done 15+ years ago. I decided to replace all of my lowers (at the same time) in order to open my bite and fix the wear problem. It was a huge procedure yet I was not at all nervous or apprehensive once the time came to do the actual work. Planning was meticulous with multiple scans, wax models and coordination with fabrication lab. It is such a relief to have full trust in a dentist, something I have not experienced in the past. Assistant Rona made me excellent temporaries; four sections that felt great and enabled normal eating while waiting on permanents. Next, my six front uppers were replaced and that one piece temporary was amazing! I could eat apples whole if I wanted to. It is so nice to have dependable temps especially when so many teeth are being worked on at the same time. The office staff works hard to get as much coverage from insurance as possible which is not an easy feat! Estimates are detailed and out of pocket cost is always known up front. Scheduling is easy and location is convenient. Recent renovations inside the office and treatment rooms have made the space more comfortable and it is always clean and organized. Overall, I appreciate Dr. Chehade's attention to detail and communication with staff during procedures to get things right. It is clear he takes pride in his work.
