I have been going to this practice for two years and have been extreme well satisfied with the level of care received for cleanings and periodontal procedures. Inez is an excellent hygienist and Dr Karthik DDS is knowledgeable and very thorough explaining recommendations. I had the worst experience at this location, I was recommended here by Delmi Osorio Reyes so me and my husband decided to try this location. Then I come to find out that the same employee at this location was talking about me to everyone, using my name to say bad things about me and spread rumors, Then I come to find out that she was also was bad mouthing me to my own husband. Also they made a mistake with me and my husbands insurance, and they told me that my husbands visit and mine would be free but at what cost if the employee was going to go around and talk about my private life to other that I don't even know, this is not professional customer care!! Please be careful with this employee!! I had to call the office and cancel all my future appointments and my husband's also because of this employee at this location. Never again. I recently visited Bristow Fountain Dentistry for a surgical procedure for my son's impacted tooth, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the procedure appears to have went well, the lack of clear communication regarding costs left me feeling frustrated and misled. When I first scheduled the appointment, I was provide with a cost estimate that we agreed to and I paid the $100 deposit to book the appointment. I agreed to and expected a consultation and the removal of a baby canine tooth that required a chain to be attached to an impacted adult canine. We decided to use a combination of numbing injection and laughing gas. The original out of pocket cost was expected to be about $260 after insurance. Upon arriving, my wife and son were informed that the laughing gas was not available and he would have to be fully sedated now bringing the out of pocket cost to $980! They did not call to inform us of this change and waited until my son was in the office and ready for the procedure after fasting all night and nervously awaiting the procedure. Fortunately we were in a position to pay the additional cost, but we felt very misled and almost as if they were not being honest as my wife got one explanation and I got another as to why the gas was not available. The tactic seemed very predatory in nature and appeared to be an up-charge money grab. I feel very bad for someone who is not in a position to pay and was presented with this nonsense. I was not present initially, but my wife felt pressured to make decisions about treatments on the spot without a courtesy call to inform us of the issue prior to arriving. Ultimately, we left the office with a significantly higher bill than we had anticipated, and I felt that the office was more focused on upselling services rather than providing transparent and honest care. I would encourage potential patients to be aware of this tactic and be sure to ask detailed questions before agreeing to any treatments. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bristow Fountain Dentistry based on my experience. read more

I recently went to this location for a Periodontal consult. I decided to take notes of my visit so I timed things out. I arrived on time for my appointment but still spent over 15 mins in the waiting room after seeing 2 patients leave while I was sitting there. I then was taken back to the exam room where I waited about 10 mins for the Dr after the nurse asked a few questions. The nurse was ok but I would not call her friendly. She seemed to be rushing. The Dr came in, examined me then discussed my treatment. This took about 15 mins and even though that is decent time with a Dr he made me feel rushed and I did not feel welcomed to ask questions. He then said ok I am going to have my team write up a treatment plan for you. He then walked out of the room. I sat by myself in the exam room for 10 more minutes then thought well maybe I am supposed to go to the front to get my treatment plan. The lady at the front desk sent me back to the exam room to wait for my treatment plan. She then comes back about 5 minutes later and shows me the treatment plan. IT IS SUPER EXPENSIVE! I had total sticker shock and on top of it all I did not expect this to take this long so I was like I have to go so I am not late to work! The only thing the Dr could do for me was 20% off if I had it done right then or 10% off if later. I definitely could not have it done right then after this appointment took more than an hour! I left in tears cause I was so upset with the bedside manner of the Dr as well the pricing! I do have insurance but man even with that it was super expensive! I do not think a consult should take over an hour! I also do not feel I was treated in a professional manner. When the nurse came back in after the Dr she seemed surprised by what all the Dr was asking her to right down which is not what anyone wants to hear. I feel like he just saw $$$$$$ in my mouth!!! My dentist had given me a referral for a few teeth but this periodontist said I need my whole mouth done! read more

I wish I could give no stars. I didn't have an issue with the dentist more so there is incompetency present with their billing department and higher ups. I had one visit last year and at that time my bill was paid full the day of the appointment. Since then, I've received calls from medical debt collectors stating that my dentist bill was never paid and so I called Bristow Fountain Dentistry and was told that it was an error on their side and it would be fixed ASAP. Mind you, this was MANY MONTHS AGO. Now, I received a notification from my bank stating that my credit score dropped by 75 points b/c of this unpaid medical bill. I am a student and for the last 7 year, my credit score was above 700. I've never missed a payment of any sorts. I've explained this situation to this dentistry and have done my part months ago by following up when this mistake shouldn't have happened in the first place. Has this mistake even been corrected: no. Therefore this review stays up. read more

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot begin to rave about how amazing my experience was with this office and team. I rarely write reviews and I absolutely hate the dentist but Bristow Fountain Dentistry was phenomenal. The process to book an appointment online is extremely easy and very convenient, especially for this night shift nurse who is never awake during the day to call to schedule an appointment. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by smiling faces and courteous staff. Bob, the office manager, was full of spirit and very welcoming. I was anxious about this appointment but the staff and Dr. Pervaiz took the time to sit down and talk me through each step and made sure to touch on all my concerns. Dr. Pervaiz went the extra mile to meet me in the lobby before having a one on one regarding my dental care and then checking in on me various times throughout my visit. The billing woman (so sorry I forgot your name) was excellent with finding my insurance and going over all the pricing before I agreed to any procedure. Sona in xray made me laugh and eased by nerves as I struggled to hold the xray devices correctly. Valerie, the hygienist, was outstanding and very personable. To summarize, this place is AMAZING and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist, especially those who get anxious at dentist appointments. Wish I could have hugged you all!
