2025 February. We loved it here! Pam Gordan was a wonderful host, the Little Burro Country Store was simply quaint, with great customer service. We had electricity, access to water, stalls, an arena for the horses, WIFI, & shopping! I bought a new hat for my riding travels! Our dog was able to run around freely, as long as he didn't cause problems, which he didn't. Always good to ask. We enjoyed our time here and will hopefully be back one day soon! read more

Convenient to hwy 118 between Alpine and Study Butte. A good quick stop on the long drive to Big Bend National Park, Terlingua or Lajitas resort. They offer water, beer, sundries and local information. A stop at the Little Burro offers a moment to have a look at the surrounding mountains and mesas. read more

This is the only gas station in Terlingua. However, there are 2 within Big Bend NP, but don't pass…read moreup a gas station when you need gas. This Alon can have a line in the mornings. Even those in the park. Don't go down to empty and decide to fill up bc itms possible that they may run out and it would be another 30 miles to the next station. Went in the store to get a couple of drinks. The ladies working within the store are very nice.
