Manger told me it would be another 5 min because of a shift change. There were easily 10-12 staff around and plenty of cooked food. The place was hardly busy self only one other vehicle in drive thru while I waited. Back in my car, and at 17 min since my order nobody came out so I went back inside and a guy made the sandwich. Only my second time at a Popeyes. If this is how they do it, I'm not impressed. Another couple was also waiting on their mobile order frustrated as well with how slow it was.

This Pizza Hut store is BS , I've never encountered a situation like that in my life ! Funny thing is I'm African American and he's playing the race card ! Why ? Well he obviously lied about my order and hung up to avoid accepting responsibility for screwing up my order . Lesson learned.
