I called for 5 min straight and noone answered. Goal was to order fresh cuz it takes 15 min to make crazy bread. I arrive & 5 different employees challenge me, look at my phone for proof, confirm I called the correct number, and have me call 2 more times. They argue with me for 7 min, they touch the crazy bread w/ bare hands & ask me to check to see if the old bread is good enough & try to sell that manhandled bread for FULL price. They refuse to give me a mgr name & number & suggest I spend my gas to come back in hopes mgr is there tomorrow. They refused to give me any of their staff names and they refused to explain any sort of way for me to complain. All they did was insult my phone and claim. We always call in our order and they ALWAYS tell us it'l be another 10-15min after we arrive. Seems to me called in orders just don't get made until you show up. Workers are consistently uninterested in providing anything beyond throwing your order at you. This time we went in and the cashier had his mask on his chin. Next customer came in and handed him cash after he moved the mask over his mouth and touched his face and then handed her the change. I took a picture of their last health inspection slip and got side eyed by the cashier and another employee he fetched from the back. The secret to getting the best pizza from little ceasar is to ask for it to be cooked how you like it. This is an extra most bestest with light sauce ex cheese, mushrooms and light cooked so the crust is soft and chewy. I also asked them to add crazy bread butter and cheese around the crust. 3 times I ordered pizza and said it will be ready in 10-15 mins. I would even come in 20 mins and they said it will be ready in 15 mins. They called the owner because I refused to leave. He was rude and hung up on me. I went back again and they told me my bank account information was wrong and refused my refund again.
