I recently checked out Ben's Burgers for the first time. Although there are so many food options in which to choose, I wanted to play it safe since I didn't know what to expect. So, I simply ordered a Giant Burger. Let me tell you, it was fireworks inside my mouth. That burger was on point. Soft and moist with a special sauce. Delish! I can't wait to try the chop cheese, Philly cheesesteak, French toast, and so much more. And the service was excellent as well. Good people. A little hole in the wall place right on the main drag. Old-fashioned little tiny dining room and a very small kitchen - pick up window. These guys work hard- lunchtime was busy. Locals pulling up to pick up or to put in the orders. Everyone was very friendly and happy. I know why, after having tried their food- honest good value! The best steak fries I ever had, and the best value for the money around. Great burgers. A lot w people were ordering pancake breakfast sandwich- will try next time. I've been here a few times now and the cheeseburgers never disappoint. Went there this week and they had new menu items added. I tried the new crab Rangoons (delicious) and the honey chili chicken plate. The plate comes with rice and coleslaw as sides. I liked it! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My favorite new item is the Pumpkin Pie Milkshake! I highly recommend. Owners are truly very kind. My wife and I stopped by one of our old eating spots, Ben's Burgers, to get a burger, fish sandwich, and some fries. Not having been there for a while, we were pleasantly surprised to see the place had been spruced up with some fresh paint and modern signage for the menu, which contained several new items. Our food was on spot, and the newly installed ac in the dining area made our visit more enjoyable. Tried this place out after checking out the Livermore area. Older gentleman running the place was very kind. Ordered a pineapple shake (which had real chunks in it!) onion rings and a mushroom burger. Everything was so delicious! Especially the onion rings. This place has been around since I was a kid. I'm 41. We are here all the time. I moved and when I come to town this is my go to... so to see that there are new owners I was surprised but had high hopes that nothing has changed. At what point do people understand that for someone to have been in business for decades there was nothing wrong with their ways. Simple is always better. Fries changed. Disgusting. Tried their cajun fries over seasoned. Hamburgers dry AF. I give it a year before they are out of business or the whole menu changes again. Man my childhood memories ruined. read more

It is definitely under New Ownership, purchased my All Time Go to "Bacon Cheeseburger" with Fries and Onion rings. The Bread was very Very Different and not good, the patty was tiny, the Cheese was like a craft cheese very different that the Original Ben's! the Onion rings were overly crispy Extremely different texture than how it Use to be! This place is open for breakfast all the way to 5pm. My husband had the bacon smash burger and he sad it was super delicious especially with the bacon sauce and grilled onions. French fries were cooked perfectly and the chocolate shake with whipcream was sweet and tasty. They have an expanded menu now. They even have Vietnamese coffee and crab rangoons, lots of breakfast items. Steak sandwiches and fish tacos. Service was exceptional and quick. My new favorite place to eat in Bay Point. read more

Delicious local food, pretty much a mom and pop shop. Bay Point classic eatery with newly added menu items and becoming a little more modernized by partnering with Uber eats, DoorDash, and have contactless pay options. Everyone here is still as friendly as ever! Seating area is still the same except with a newly added wall insulation and music playing making this place a cool place to just chill with friends. read more

Ben's Burger food has been Amazing for years. Me and my family have been coming here for a couple of years by now and the food has always tasted good. Recently they added more food options in the menu and they have even added a breakfast section. I personally love omelettes and Ben's omelettes are amazing. You can add in additional stuff in your omelette order if you want to. The service has been good as well and is nice to hear out all the requests. Overall I 100% recommend to go to Ben's burgers, their great people to order from and their food is amazing. I do hope they can add soon the garlic fries that would be by default be my first pick to order. read more

The prices aren't that bad for what you get in my opinion, I like the different offerings. I thought it was speedy service and everything was hot and fresh. I had the giant burger and some onion rings (which were huge and I love that!) it's a small location and it wasn't very busy which was fine. im sorry,but the food is no where near as good as it use to b when Ben owned Ben's burgers! When Ben was making the food everything was so flavorfully especially the Prawn dinners! Now, the Prawn dinners are "Extremely" "Extremely" BLAND, "NO, ", FLAVOR what so ever! The prawns r not even fully cooked, they r doughy like with hardly any crunch at all & completely flavorless, the fries also could be be cooked a little longer they would taste better if they were a little more crunchy and with some kind of seasoning on it. I love coleslaw to death and again no flavor no nothing. For almost the $20 that it cost you, hell I can go to a restaurant for this price. I just wish they would have kept the same recipe that being would use nice crunchy firm prawns with flavored I don't know I just don't know what to say everything nowadays is has gone down. I won't be going here no more and I love this place prawn dinner was about absolute favorite but not anymore I hate to say it the inside is not cooked I mean who wants a fry prom that's not crunchy or totally cooked from the inside and flavorless? Ben's brother cousin or whoever you are get it together maybe I'll give you one more shot in a month or so to see if maybe you've added some flavor to your prawn dinner because for that price forget it I'm totally unhappy. read more

Was trying to get my Minnesota State fair experience since I was unable to attend this year. I searched the area for someone who had a regular corn dog on the menu and the only one was Ben's. A&W only had mini corn dog bites which is not the same. It was too bad their shake machine was not working as that would've been the perfect pair. read more
