Phenomenal just phenomenal. this business is a family run business and they take pride in the quality and food they put out to their customers. I tried this place maybe around a month ago, but I still remember how enjoyable the pizza was. The reason why I'm writing this review now is because it's two in the morning and I was getting bored lmao. The service was great, and the staff was friendly. I didn't mind the wait since it was only around twenty minutes. Talking more about the food, the pizza I ordered there wasn't greasy or oily which came out to be a surprise for me since most of the pizzas I've eaten were more on the oily side. Despite it being not greasy, it was delicious. It was pricey for sure, but let's be fair, everything is starting to get more expensive lol. I'll definitely be coming back in the near future since I live like probably around three minutes away. TL;DR: Food was great, service was great, and it definitely did not disappoint. read more

My family and I have been ordering from Strictly To Go for a year now. The pizza is wonderful. They use high quality ingredients, the pizza isn't greasy, and it's consistently delicious. An added bonus: the owners are so so so nice and friendly. We drive 25 minutes each way just for the pizza. That says a lot considering how many pizza places are in our neighborhood. I really like their pizza, good toppings, good service, price has gotten to high for what you get, I can go in either direction sit down at another pizza restaurant (because this place has no tables) and eat for the same quality at a cheaper price. Which makes me pass. It's unfortunate I would like to keep my dollars close to my house. read more

They are now open seven days a week. Been going here for years. I love their pizza and ribs. What they call a slice of pizza is more like a large personal pan pizza. Definitely try their combo pizza, which is what they call the kitchen sink. They also have a great cheese pizza. read more

Great tasting pizza. Tons of toppings that take this pizza over the top! The dough was perfect. Had just the right consistency to dig my teeth in and rip it apart. Grew up getting this place on Friday nights. Our Friday night ritual when we were in town. That was like 15+ years ago. Always loved it. Recently got it again. Tastes exactly the same and I still love it. It might be a little cheese heavy or tomato light for some but I love whatever dough they use for the crust. Got it to go but there isn't really a dining room or anything to eat inside. It seems to be the same people running it from when I was a kid, and they've always been nice. Good to know I can still rely on them read more

*Update* I called them yesterday to let them know what happened and unfortunately the owner was EXTREMELY rude. He told me there is no way this is not possible and that "People want free stuff all the time" I am very disappointed in his response and have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I could care less for free stuff and apology would have been nice. Unfortunately today my elderly mom found a nail in her pizza. Very Very disappointed as they have been out go to for a while. I normally get it for my 7 year old and can't even imagine what would have happened if this was in his pizza. I will be looking into what can be done about this but likely will never eat here again. read more

The pizza here is fresh, flavorful and the crust holds up. the Bottom is lightly crisped giving the pie good texture. I wish they sold dipping sauces to eat the end crust with because it's almost like bread sticks. I enjoyed the two pizzas very much. Will be back! read more

This place was great! Strictly to go hence the name! The pizza crusts were full and moist! Tasted super fresh! The chicken wings were falling off the bone! Ask about their specials they have different specials every week. This weekend they has a pepperoni pizza special that was perfect for the kids! I tried the kitchen sink, I do have to say there was a lot of topping on that pizza they do not JIP you on each pie! I would definitely chose this place over the other chain pizza joints out there! Definitely a fan of this pizza! Got myself a pepperoni medium size pizza and the dough and the sauce the texture everything they do to make the pizza is very delicious and unique from all other pizza places I've been to. The guy who helped me was very kind and nice and charming. No place to sit down and eat here just strictly to go like the name. Has a nice little pizza ambiance to it. The location is very easy to get to, but parking is a challenge, and it was busy when we arrived; by the time we left, the line was gone! Still, we waited about 10 minutes for a party of 5, and we were seated at a nice large table. Our server, Cecelia A., quickly greeted us and took drink orders while we perused the extensive menu. There were some new items I came across, so I had my work cut out to limit my newfound desires. Ultimately, we ordered a few appetizers and some entrees, although some served cross purposes! We started with some boneless Ancho BBQ wings, truffle fries, onion ring tower, cheese curds, and then moved on to chicken nachos, a couple of kids' pepperoni pizzas, a shiitake garlic noodles, a Gardein adult mac 'n' cheese, and a BBQ bacon burger. The apps are quite large here, more so than I expected, and the cheese curds were a favorite along with the wings. The onion rings disappeared as well, but the consensus was they weren't up to Red Robin quality; they were good, just different with the parmesan. The truffle fries were garlicky, which I loved, and shiitake garlic noodles, although listed as an app, were my entree, and they were amazing! Very tasty, with lots of mushrooms and a garlic presence that was not overpowering. Would definitely get it again! The Gardein mac 'n' cheese was large as well, with lots of Gardein chicken in almost every bite. But the nachos - they were enormous! So big that the guy who ordered them didn't even try his BBQ bacon burger; that went home for a later meal! And the kids' pepperoni pizzas were also large, and with fries, were easily an adult meal as well. And we took home almost a whole pizza! Too many good apps filled most of us up before the entrees arrived. The service was great, the food great, the ambiance great, and I look forward to trying more Gardein options. If you are looking for tasty and hearty vegetarian options, look online first, for the website shows the Gardein options in their own section. On the printed menu, these same items are listed below the "regular offerings" as an option, and so it is difficult to find them and know what Gardein options are available for different items. I hate to leave poor reviews but I am this time because it's against CA law to add a surcharge fee for food or gas service, this is one of 9 or 10 states that it's illegal in yet they add $1.00 to charge you to use your credit card! I had to forgo ordering from them just on that alone. Its against the law and wrong!! You dont sell overpriced pizza and charge a fee to eat it as well! Won't be ordering from them! Having a credit card terminal is a service all businesses offer customers and we shouldn't have to pay your bill! Being a business owner myself, I would never have excellent return customers if I charged them a fee to shop with me! I've been going to Strictly for over 4 years .... this review is overdue. First, customer service has always been great, even when they are really busy. A slice of pizza at Strictly is not your normal slice of pizza, they are actually the size of a small (aka personal) size pizza pie. They do have thin-crust pizzas, but the slice is usually thick & soft crust. They are extremely generous with the toppings, and the price is definitely the best you'll find in the area. These pizzas have an amazing taste, I am not sure if it is the sauce or a combination of the sauce, spices, and dough, but I've always enjoyed every single slice. Disgusting.... I order and they tell me 25 minutes so I get there right on time but they haven't even put my pizza in the oven. So they tell me it will be ready in 10 but I had to wait another 25 min and the order was wrong but I took it anyway. The lady owner was stading there and never even apologized I don't mind so much waiting but when the owner can't even open her mouth not good. Now I am home and can't even eat it as it isn't even cooked the ham and mushroom is cold and it's very doughy like it needed way more time. The food came out hot and fresh, although the toppings slid right off the pizza because it was so hot. Clearly we didn't wait. Unfortunately, just before finishing our meal, we found a hair on the last slice. With our luck, it had to be the last piece. I brought it to the gentleman in the back and tried to keep the mood light. I jokingly said, "Yeah, looks like someone in the back might be losing their hair." Instead of apologizing, he slowly walked away and simply said, "I'll get you next time." There was no apology, no effort to get our name or number, and no attempt to make the situation right. Why would we trust there to be a "next time" when this was the perfect opportunity to show good customer service? A sincere apology should have been the bare minimum. Since none was offered, I asked if they could comp the pizza, which is a common way restaurants handle situations like this. Looking back, I wonder if my joke was taken personally because the two men working appeared to be balding. Oopsy. If so, that wasn't my intention, I was simply trying to lighten an awkward situation. He said he couldn't refund the pizza but offered to make us a new one. We waited while they remade it, and just before we left, we finally received a simple apology. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed, and because of how it was addressed, we won't be returning. We genuinely wanted to support a local business, but customer service matters just as much as the food. Please do better.
