I went in at 8 pm on October 23. The store was not particularly busy when I arrived (2 customers). I told the server that I wanted 2 or 3 'Hot-N-Ready' pizzas. The server informed me that there were none ready. I told the server that I would wait, but did not want any cheese pizzas. I paid for 2 pizzas and waited until the server delivered them to me. There were at least 8 customers waiting when I left (and still no 'Hot-N-Ready' pizzas available)! I took my pizza and left. When I opened the boxes, I found one to be a cheese pizza (disappointing, since I specifically told the server that I did not want any cheese pizzas). I proceeded to eat the other (pepperoni) pizza and found a coarse, red hair about 2" inches long baked into the pizza! This location really needs to do much better, particularly with regard to kitchen hygiene and having 'Hot-N-Ready' pizzas available. read more

Fast and friendly service. You can't beat a fast $5 pizza. Very clean restaurant but not public bathrooms. I really liked the lunch specials combs. Drink and pizza $5. When your in a hurry they take care of you. Much appreciated! read more

This Little Caesars took one hour to get me one cheese pizza with an order of crazy bread. About 40 minutes into the hour, they came to me with only a pizza and it being the wrong order anyways. When I had first gotten there, there was only one car in front of me. Low activity should not equate to a long wait. We did not even get an apology for the wait. I highly recommend you consider other food options when in Big Springs and craving Little Caesars Pizza. read more

Worst ever. Every time I try getting a pizza here (3 different times now) they never have anything ready, or hot, and the staff does not help you in order or even acknowledge your presence. One cashier even helped another customer, that got there after me, and gave them what I ordered. Staff is not trained or helpful at all and it's always chaotic. Plan on waiting at least 30 minutes if you want a hot and ready. It may even be ready, they just may not realize it for a while and give you a pizza with a hard crust, that is no longer hot, after you've waited long enough for them to get their act together. This place is by far one of the worst operated food establishments I have ever seen! The "manager" is about as incompetent as a can of soup. She has absolutely zero leadership skills and would rather stand outside smoking than leading her crew of incompetent fools. There is absolutely zero leadership and it shows! Several times I have called in an order, only to arrive 40 minutes later and not a single pizza even started. As I wait the 45-50 minutes it takes them to craft three pizzas I get to watch the worst manager in the world act like a fool amongst fools. When I received the pizza, it was like eating cardboard with tomato paste and cheese on it. I now use Dominos for my pizza needs. I recommend you do the same. read more

This place is a terrible to eat and work at. You'd rather go somewhere else. I used to be a GM there and I was told I couldn't wear any kind of cross necklace.. I thought to myself that this was my only opportunity to become a GM anyways so i'm going to go ahead and go with it. I started working as a Store Manager and it was ok at first, but I started realizing that no one wanted to do a thing and the building was filthy.. They would lay pans on the ground leave all the dishes in the sink from the morning all the way to nighttime. Customer at window.. "Oh Well." I wouldn't get out of there until 4 in the morning sometimes because I had to clean the whole store by myself and get back up at 9 am and work until closing again.. I lost 12 pounds working for these people running around trying to do everything. It's not a very clean place either. These people don't care about you here. Went here on December 16. I ordered a pizza online for it to be ready at 5. I got there around 4:50 had to order two more hot and ready pizzas. I noticed a line after I ordered one guy had been there for an hour another 30 minutes. They only had two people working. They didn't have any pizza ready to be taken out. Finally the person waiting for 30 minutes got her order and about 10 minutes later the guy waiting an hour for his. So I figured my order was coming. Nope people after me got their pizza before I did. I went to the counter and she said your online order is in the pizza portal. I said I know but I ordered 2 more hot and ready pizza about 40 minutes ago. She said yeah we gave your order to someone else. But yours is in the oven and will be fresh. This place was awesome when it first opened. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I will not be going back. Your biggest thing is hot and ready pizzas and you can't even get that right. I would advise for people here in Big Spring just order from one of the other pizza places and go pick it up. read more

I love Little Caesars pizza & prices BUT the PICK UP WINDOW should be used to order The HOT & READY PIZZA. That means whatever pizza is available. You want to order a speciality pizza, go inside. Sitting here waiting in line for people to get their speciality pizza is RIDICULOUS. read more

Absolute worst pizza place ever. Always rude, Hot and Ready is always a 20 minute wait every time I've been here for two years now. I called an order in today for a group meeting at 4pm. Order was called in at 2 for 3:30 pick up, pizzas are just going in to the oven at 3:40. Manager was completely unprofessional about it. They ALWAYS use the excuse they are short handed and more than once has the food been cold. read more
