They have taken great care to create sauces that tease and delight your pallet, from slightly sweet blends, to burn the lips off your body (if you like that sort of thing), ! Seriously, there is something for EVERYONE here! I had a couple of different types of wings. I love sauces, but I'm a big fan of dry rubs as well. The lemon pepper here is better than any. They would just right, sweet with a nice kick at the end! I also had the Jammin jerk which reminded me of the Caribbean. The Peach knockout wings fooled me, because although they started off tasting somewhat sweet, but as soon as you got a good bite the heat hit you back of your throat! All in all, I think I tried six different sauces and one dry rub. None of them disappointed as evidenced by the pictures below. In addition, they have to be some of the sweetest people above that since I've been here in North Carolina. The host is wonderful, and she even gave us some advice on other places to try while we're here. I also got a chance to meet the chef, and it's clear that he loves what he does as evidenced by the way his food tastes and the way he talks about it.
