I've come here more than once and said I would never return and I have but this was the final straw. This past week I believe it was Thursday or Friday and made the unfortunate mistake of stopping in and trying to get a hot and ready pizza a couple of minutes past 12. The staff is rude and I do mean rude if you don't like your job quit. I'm not coming up here for social hour but would be nice to be given some basic common decency and more than a rude. What do you want. The food is either burnt and cold or just burnt. Standing in the lobby being told it'll be anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for a hot and ready pizza that is never hot and ready is also bull crap. I don't like being lied to. Nobody does. In the past I've seen people claim their roaches here. I've seen people take photographic evidence of mold in the kitchen and I myself have seen elderly people who work here roughly August of 2025 for a woman must have been sick, kept rubbing her nose with her forearm and then went back to making a pizza pie. I'm not asking for extra spice!! If the local health department ever went into this place I guarantee you it would be closed down. I know. Maybe I'm being a little rough. You're paying $6 for a pizza. It's not going to be gourmet and I don't expect it to be but for crying out loud. If you're going to tell me you have to wait 10 minutes and it's nice and humid outside. I'm not going to burn my gas at 4:30 a gallon the weight on your disgusting Pizza! If this place had any type of manager at all they would at least be courteous and go to the Dollar General behind the building and get some cheap lawn chairs. The lobby is in desperate need of remodeling... I've never heard of a pizza joint not accepting cash and demanding credit cards or debit cards. I don't know if these people are just being overworked so they're getting burnt out and if that's the case Little Caesars needs to cut back on all the freaking advertising and worrying about paying their people more so they can get additional staff. Placed an order online in Galion, Ohio. Was supposed to pick up at 4:55 but as of 5:00 the tracking still showed not started. Tried calling but only got a recording that was no help at all. The third time I called I was transferred to a delivery team which wasn't even in our state. Decided to just go to the store and when I got there was like 10 other people waiting there with the same problem. The pizza portal didn't work either. This store really needs an overhaul!! This isn't the first time either. This happened once before but the last time I actually got a person on the phone but they hung up on me. I will NEVER pay for my order ahead of time at this store again, IF I order from the Galion store again which is Iffy!!! read more

The 2-year decline in this location has improved a tiny bit. After boycotting them for another 5-months, we tried them again, thinking that maybe they had improved. 2 to 3-years ago their pizzas were awesome! Then they started having fewer toppings, poorly distributed toppings, were burnt and not ready on time. Tonight's pizza was higher priced, had plenty of POORLY distributed toppings, wasn't burnt and was on time. The pepperonis were as likely to be 2 or 3 high in spots as they were to be missing for a couple inches in others. The pepperonis and sausage were both falling off because they were so deep in spots that they didn't even contact any cheese. The crust margins were uneven, excessively wide in many places and it wasn't cut all the way. Interestingly, they weren't busy at all. That's very telling. read more

I haven't had the best experiences with this location. Today was pleasantly different. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and smiling female employee. I got the lunch combo (deep dish pepperoni with drink). When I got home, I was so happy to see the quality of the pizza. I could tell it was fresh. It was perfectly cooked. The cheese was browned. I bit into the pizza and was happy it tasted as fresh as it looked. This is the first time in a long time that I have been satisfied with Little Caesars. I didn't order online this time. This is little Caesars pizza. If you're expecting quality, and a cheap price this place is not for you. I will say that their Italian cheese bread is pretty good. But the only reason I would ever go to this location (or any little Caesars) is if I am broke and my kid wants pizza that wasn't cooked at home. I never do any custom orders here. Only get "hot and ready" (that they never seem to have ready) and the Italian cheese bread. Sometimes the wait is long but sometimes it's not. Usually have never had any issues. However today they messed up horribly and instead of correcting it the manager made it worse but not showing any customer service skills. She refused to give me her name saying they can't give their names out(lies).. the name was on the receipt. Long story short took an hour of my time and I had to order from PizzaHut while waiting in little Caesars parking lot. They have lost a good customer because of this managers' lack of basic customer service skills. read more

If you're planning on placing a phone order............. don't bother!! They never answer the phone. You could be old & grey by the time they get around to picking up the phone. How hard is it to have one of your employees take phone orders? Maybe they should take pointers from other pizza places in town because I placed an order elsewhere. I put in an order an hour ahead of time to make sure maybe I can get my pizza at the time I wanted it. Because I have had trouble with this location. But have to wait over half an hour longer. Simple order of 1 pep pizza and an order of crazy bread. We have been on the road for 12 hours and just want a simple fast dinner. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst service ever. Ordered at the counter and was told a 15 min wait. After waiting 55 min I ask where my food was only to find out it was placed in a warmer and never brought out. By this time the food was old and over heated from sitting in the warmer too long. There was also many other mad customers that received the same horrible service. I will never come back.
