The food is edible, usually but the service is disgusting! About a month ago and I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through before going inside to get it and having employees standing around in the back and make snide comments when I asked if someone could help...and still carrying on in the back for a few more minutes and coming out front AND STILL Ignore me! I had paid for it already otherwise I would have left. When she finally got my pizza she threw it across the counter...and this was management from what I could tell. Today we thought we would give it a try again...big mistake! The portal wasn't working so they had to pull it out and give it to my husband. She then proceeded to drop it on the floor pick it up and tell him "Pizza is Rugged so it should be ok". I guess since the box didn't drop it out in front of a customer it should be ok?!? He was so shocked he just left. The pizza was stuck to the top, cut very uneven and the topping was falling off. Pepperoni puffs burnt. 3 orders of crazy bread that were dry, no butter sauce and very little parmesan. Called and went back in, 1 out of 3 crazy bread that wasn't dry. Will not go back to this location after multiple issues. Manager would not come out to see bad product or hear complaint. read more

Terrible customer service, waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes without a introduction. Went inside to see why nobody has taken my order and was rudely screamed at by the middle aged girl saying "our drive through is not working" I said well you should probably put a sign on the window because you have 6 cars in your drive through. Waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru, no one came to the window finally went in to see what was going on and they said the drive thru wasn't working. No sign or didn't come to the window to tell me or the 6 cars behind us at this point. Then finally they came the the window where we were denied service and met with a rude employee after asking why they didn't have a sign or couldn't come to the window. An absolutely terrible excuse for a store! The doors were locked during Hot-N-Ready prime hours 4-8pm on a Saturday night. We then proceeded waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes only to find out that the only item available was Crazy Bread! There was no exterior lighting, including the street sign and the place looked like a dump! How do you expect a place like that to remain in business is beyond me! Not n Ready, three different days at different times they had Nothing ready and was told it would be an hour for crazybread. We sat in the drive through and watched the car at the window never even get noticed by staff. we pulled out of the line and went inside to find yet again they didn't have anything ready. I'd give 0 Stars if I could. We went in to pick up a pizza I ordered online and the person who came up to help us didn't greet us or anything just walked up to the register and stared at me when I told her my name for my order she walked back and grabbed it and plopped it onto the counter and then asked me if I wanted marinara (I had already ordered it with the bread sticks on the app) when I told her I did she walked back to get some and when she came back she plopped it down with our pizza and then walked away. When we got home there was a long hair baked into our pizza and when we called about it they acted like they could care less about the service we received. I definitely will not be going back there unless the people the hire at least act like they care about their jobs. read more

The "Fance-roni" pizza Looked absolutely nothing like it was supposed to. The pepperoni was supposed to be all the way to the edge and a Pan style crispy outer edge. Let's be honest, it was a hot n ready, with the "cup & crisp" style pepperoni on it, and then marked up to be twice the price of a hot n ready. We placed an order over the phone, told us it was going to take 20 minutes, we drove 27 minutes and get there. We waited an extra 20 minutes at the window for them to make our crazy bread. Not only that, we asked for 3 sauces and only got 1 so I asked for our other 2 just for a worker to start talking back with an attitude. We turned around to go back and pay for another 2 because that's what we wanted in the first place. The kid working started cussing at us, having an attitude, and then decided he wanted to fight one of our friends. He jumped over a counter to get to us and fell. Then decided to go through a door, took his entire uniform off and walked outside ready to fight. I don't recommend this restaurant at all and would advise everyone to stay away and go to a different location. We did not get the kids name because of the heat of the moment, but this kid needs to be fired as soon as possible and should not work in any fast food place again. read more

Stopped in tonight to see if they had the $9 box set DEEP!DEEP! Dish Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread special that I saw advertised online. The girl working looked at me like I had asked for Steak and Lobster. She had no idea what I was talking about. If this location doesn't offer this deal(they have in the past) at least train your employees about what customers are going to ask for and train them how to politely say we don't have that offer. If I may, this Little Caesar's is by far the most pleasant restaurant I have been to in the Greenville Area. Each time I step in, my olfactory senses are firing with the warm, golden-brown smell of a fresh Hot-n-Ready! If you are in the area, I would give them a chance for sure. read more

I've been ordering "Turtle Shelled" or "Candy Crust" pizza from here for nearly 20 years. Today I was told the franchise owner doesn't want them doing it anymore because it costs them too much. Seems like a pretty cheap move and horrible customer service. This will be the last time I eat a Caesars pizza until they are allowed to make it the way I ask.
