It would be nice to get a pretzel crust pizza that looked like they advertised instead of a regular crust with a lot of coarse salt on it. If the ad picture looked like the pizza I bought I would never ever have ordered it. When I called the store Renee told me I could come back and they could remake it but that is the way they make it and the manager was not in. Since I can't put 0 stars. Ordered 2 pizzas from the app. Waited an hour for only part are order to be ready. When we got to the window they said it would be 15 minutes for the other pizza to be ready. Went back 30 minutes later where we were told they hadn't even started our pizza yet. When asked for a refund we were asked to go inside and magically our other pizza was ready. Pizza was cold and one of the orders were absolutely wrong. The guy at the window was acting strange and not really paying attention to what we were saying and kept just looking around like someone was coming after him. Will never be eating here again. This store still looks so new, and it seems that it has hit a stride following the initial run. Sometimes this can take a while. With a place like Lil Caesars, it always seems like it will make it no matter what. Cedar Creek Lake can be an unforgiving mistress, and that is one of the charms it holds. As a kid living in Garland, my dad used to get Lil Caesars for us every Friday night, and the family would gather around to watch "Nightmare Cafe" and enjoy the old "Bigfoot Pizza." We no longer live in Garland, Nightmare Cafe is cancelled and, saddest of all, the Bigfoot Pizza is now YouTube lore. However, we have Mabank, you can rent a goofy B list horror film and get the "Extra Most Bestest." I'll take it. My dad loves the quality here, and is really glad it is in town now. I ordered a cheese pizza for dinner around 5 pm. I received a cheese pizza that obviously was left over from lunch. Cheese was dry and crust hard. I should have known you get what you pay for. I'll never go back again. Absolutely awful. read more

We stopped in and ordered Pizza at this location as we were headed to visit Family in Eustace, TX I was greeted immediately by Garrett C. as I opened the door. Garrett took my order of 3 Custom Pizzas. He made this a quick and easy experience. Garrett was very polite and actually smiled and made small talk as I ordered and paid. It is certainly a welcome site to see someone who enjoys his job and appreciates the patrons. Slow service regularly. I ordered online, my pickup time was 7:02-7:05. I got there I few minutes early (which I'm not counting), let them know at the window that I was there, was told they would bring it out when it was ready, and the guy at the window was super sweet. Little Caesars, he's the reason you got two stars instead of one. I got the notification saying my order was ready at 7:09. Waited for an additional 20 minutes. At that point I'm irritated because it is ridiculous to wait this long to wait on fast food that I've already paid nearly $40 for..... EVERY TIME. Twice now with the gun barrel location (and I've only been there twice) and got the same show at the mount pleasant location just before Christmas. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. I was nice about it. Waited for the inside customers to leave, so I wouldn't embarrass the employees. I never demanded to talk to a manager, but I let them know that my order was more than a little late and this wasn't my first time experiencing this issue with them. And there are four employees there, they aren't understaffed. I honestly can't remember if the employee apologized or not. If he did, it wasn't profuse or notable. In fact, none of them said much to me. I get it, who wants to deal with complaining customer? But I had done my due diligence to be fair, nice, and professional about it. And I'm pretty sure guy counting the money was manager. I wanted to address this issue on their level, but it was clear that none of them wanted engage with me. They made no effort to correct, explain, or really listen to me. I'm giving feedback so they can improve. If I felt like those employees were going make an effort to fix it, I would have left it alone. I wouldn't be writing this review. But I don't have that confidence in them. Business is time and money. They took my money, wasted my time, and it's really bad service- every time. The chicken wings were delicious. I don't want to complain, I'm not here for free stuff, I just want my $40 worth of service. Seriously... can y'all fix yourselves? Management, you know sh*t rolls downhill, right?
