We had the best service tonight! Stephany was our server and she was amazing! She was very friendly, had a smile on her face the whole time and was very attentive! The buffet for lunch was good. The salad choices was good, but they no tomatoes. I piled olives, onions and cheese on my pizza. Service and ambiance was normal for a Pizza Hut buffet. Yay! read more

Visited this Pizza Hut during the lunch buffet. Very limited selections on pizza bar. Waited and waited, just two to three choices of pizza. Most everyone was waiting for more pizza which unfortunately was not being delivered. I visited another time and the pizza was great. No problems. read more

The first visit here was okay. Salad bar was nice and the buffet was decent. The 2nd and 3rd visit went down hill. The last visit the Buffet did not really supply different kind of pizza's to pick from. That is the idea of a buffet. To have different things. It felt more like a pig trough of their left overs. What Buffet puts out three of the same type pizzas? They had a Jalapeño mix of the same toppings on three different crust, and two different pizza's on their buffet table. So you either are force to eat the Jalapeño pizza or have a choice of a pepperoni. Me and hubby were not happy with the choices. At the 6 laughable pizza's they had to offer at our last visit. For some people Jalapeño can be murderous. We surely were not looking forward for spicy. I think for our next visit we will pass up on this place. read more

Cashier was perfectly nice when trying to accommodate our order. However, this location was out of pan pizza crust and had to substitute with thin crust. The Manager was unprofessional and unfriendly (with not even an apology) when explaining how this happens, as pan pizza has been Pizza Hut's signature item for the decades I've been a loyal customer (since the 80's!). I'm very disappointed with the treatment I recieved at this location and if there were any other options in this area, I would've left to eat elsewhere. read more

We generally like pizza hut pizza and they food is good. But this place is poorly managed. We ordered online and then called to make sure the order would be ready at a certain time, in about an hour because of our kids after school schedule. Had to pick it up at 530p because an after school sport practice starts at 545p. We got there and order was not ready and was told they would out in the oven now. Unacceptable. I prefer Pizza Hut over other pizza places in the area for the sole reason that they have stuffed crust pizza! Well today my fiancé and I ordered on of those delightful things for delivery. We ordered this pizza at 7:06pm and just now at 8:34pm got to take a bite of it because it JUST GOT HERE. The girl on the phone was very sweet and obviously new so I don't blame her. She was stumbling through the system on the phone and we could hear her manager being kind of rude to her because it wasn't coming easy to her. My fiancé told her to throw an extra $5 on there for her because getting to know a new job is always a challenge. She told us the pizza should take about 30ish minutes and to just leave her tip on the receipt the delivery boy had. An hour later I asked him about it and he called to check on it. The first thing out of this girls mouth was "was it for carry out?" Then when he said no she told him that the delivery guy was on his way she wasn't sure what happened. When the delivery girl (also very nice) shows up at our house an hour and a half after our order was originally placed she told us she was sorry that she had gotten lost on her way to our house. (The second story we heard) We are not angry with either of the girls we delt with today. But i am angry that a manager was standing over this girl behind the counter as she tried to put in our order and obviously didn't help her since our order was missing things and showed up an hour and a half late and that if it was the delivery girls fault why he didn't call to check on where she was. I mean for goodness sakes the girl would have been driving around for about an hour. read more

I have never had a problem with this Pizza Hut. They have always been polite, helpful and very courteous.

Tonight was horrible. Called at least 4-5 times to place an order for ouckup. Then went to get it. Sat at window for almost 5 minutes without anyone coming to see what I wanted. Backed up & ran over bell again, still no one. Another car came up behind me, so I called. Same oerson,Ashley, who took my order, answered the phone. I told her I had been sitting at window for a pickup & no one came. She did apologize & came to the windiw. She said they were trying to get their system back ip. Why couldn't you walk to the window & say that?? At least you wouldn't get a bad review for customer service? Oh, & she never said 'Thank you'! Won't go back!!! read more

Our Family member went in to eat as always,there is a member that works there that our family member used to date 2 yrs ago. While he was standing in line a police officer taped him on the shoulder and told him to step out side. Well to make a long story short,the employee had called the police so she could get him banded.He did not even know that that person worked there when he walked in to eat. read more
